They are still taking payments from my bank and there's no way of contacting them to stop the payments. The website is down and looks very suspicious. Started off great and the service was exactly as I hoped, but now they are stealing my money...

Was great to begin with then emails stopped, queried it for weeks and eventually they “fixed” the issue only for it to stop again. Suspect it was because they have increased the price despite telling me at the sign up the price I paid wouldn’t increase and then again when prices increased as a thank you for helping them whilst starting out.

ABSOLUTE JOKE
Never received a single E-mail despite slots available when manually searching and Never been able to log in to me account as just says 500 server error every time I try.
I signed up in May last year and contacted customer services after about a month of it now working, they replied and said they will get the technical team to look into the issue but never heard back. Have contacted them 4 times since but they don't even bother to reply but yet still take the money ever month. I can't cancel the subscription myself as can't access my account.

Starting using this service as the pandemic took hold - it was so useful to help me get slots for ourselves and shielding family, was easy to use and so reasonably priced for the 5* service they provided.

Started using shopping slot during pandemic to enable me to get groceries as we were both in vulnerable group.Due to their excellent service I was soon able to access supermarket slots to order groceries.The cost is minimal for the brilliant service & it goes towards the NHS another bonus.Would highly recommend if you need to access supermarket shopping slot times plus they give you a general range of supermarkets you can use.Excellent customer service & ease of use .

Shoppingslot.co.uk has been a brilliant source of slot availability when this information is very hard to obtain. I would certainly recommend belonging to their system which sends frequent emails as soon as a slot is found.

This is such a great service, we had to isolate for 3 months and we don't know what we would of done without the daily emails with vacant shopping slots

I keep getting emails even though I’ve asked them several times to unsubscribe me. They asked me to log into my account to unsubscribe but for the past two weeks I just get an error message. They keep saying they’ll get it sorted but nothing has been done. They’ve now blocked me on Facebook too. So much for their “specialist tech team”... Jason and Sabrina - get this sorted. It’s a great idea, poorly executed.

This simply doesn't work. I signed up to the automated emails, but was still searching manually, just in case. I found slots available without receiving an email from Shopping Slot. I would go back and check the app to see if I just got there first, and it still hadn't listed any slots as available, when I knew there were lots. THIS HAPPENED EVERY TIME. I then cancelled my subscription and they cancelled it from that very day, not at the end of the month that I paid in full for. Not that it really mattered because it doesn't work, but that is surely fraudulent?

This company have helped me through a very difficult Covid 19 time, they have alerted me many times over, finding delivery and click and collect shopping slots, I wouldn’t have managed without them. Excellent service, thank you.

Booked through the subscription service never got a delivery they have now taken 2 payments from my card complete scam

It just doesn't work. I've booked Several slots it doesn't say are available. I would recommend not subscribing.

Utter waste of time. Only results I received were for Iceland - and Iceland's own website said they don't deliver to this postcode.

Final straw was finding slots available on Tesco's website all the while Shopping Slot's website indicated no slots were available.

Complete waste of money.

The site works well and does what it says on the tin, however....

One thing they don't tell you until you sign up and pay for the automated emails is that it is not possible to change the postcode for the area where you wish the shopping shots to be available for the duration of your subscription.

The only way to change the postcode is to take out another subscription. They don't tell you this until such time as you have signed up and it is not in the FAQs anywhere which I think is misleading.

They also say that it is not technically possible to change your postcode whilst the subscription is running, the bottom line is that the system must have been built that way otherwise it would be possible! I believe that they are deliberately not letting you change your postcode in order to maximize their revenue which I think is unfair and they are cashing in on a crisis.

The comments made in the one star reviews here are also correct. As soon as you cancel your subscription the service terminates immediately not at the end of the subscription period.

What an awesome service! I couldn’t find a shopping slot for love or money, and was sick to death of refreshing multiple websites to try & find one. This has helped me source food & drink for my elderly relatives & my young family.

What a fantastic service during these times! Thank you for making the online shopping experience just that bit easier and giving an opportunity for the aged and vulnerable to shop for groceries safely. Excellent!

This website doesn’t work too well and often the slots that show up are no longer there when you click through. The business owner has been negative too - she’s been complaining on insta about customers. It’s better to reply to people politely and explain the situation rather than moan about them publicly. Not very kind or professional.

Great service worked really well and useful for finding deliveries in your area!
