Subscribed two days ago and I now have a slot booked for my elderly mother-in-law. The notification of availability came to me so didn't use any of my own time searching about. Couldn't be more pleased.
Would definitely recommend especially during this lockdown period.

Omg this is so convenient, I have had nothing but nightmares wasting time with deliveries recently and this really takes a way the hassle!

The company has done a pretty decent job in the short time they've gone live. It's not always been perfect but in the last few days I feel like the accuracy and supermarket spread of notifications to my inbox has improved a lot, but what other solution out there currently notifies you directly with shopping slots from a range of supermarkets? The alternative is you do what every other desperate person is having to do and spend all day and night hitting up the supermarket websites yourselves. I'm happy to pay a small amount of money for the privilege of not having to do that. Overall I would definitely recommend!

My 89 year old Nan lives away from us and we’ve been really struggling to get supplies to her! But thanks to this site we’ve managed to get her a quick shopping slot!

Life saver of a service 🙌 what would of taken me hours of my time to keep checking when a slot was available it done it for me at a great price especially with how many hours it saved me!

I subscribed early to this website and I've seen the development they have made since they launched. A lot of improvements with supermarket options, accuracy and speed have come regarding the slot notifications so that's pleasing. For such a low monthly amount, I'm happy to keep supporting and getting my weekly shop slot allocated by them.

For a few quid a month, to be having the chance to get to the front of the shopping queues during a crazy time like this I struggle to see what people on here are moaning about. As a new initiative there has been some glitches and bugs, but I see improvements every few days and I have managed to get some slots out of it.

An absolute lifesaver of a site! unfortunately my husband works away and I’m classed as high risk so really don’t want to be going to supermarkets...this has taken all the stress away for me personally!

Being under lockdown/shielding with my 90 yr old bedbound mum who is also developing dementia, I was worried when i found our usual supermarket delivery slots booked up for weeks ahead ..with no transport and not being able to leave the house i searched for a solution online and found it ...this site that gives continuous updates of local available delivery slots so I can try to book one fast before it goes its a fantastic idea and works!

I'm so glad I discovered this service - very stressful trying to source shopping slots, as classed as vulnerable and not going out for 12 weeks, have no family members to help with shopping. A absolute lifeline.

I'm so relieved I discovered this - it has made my life so much less stressful as we're self-isolating, have no family members to help with shopping, live in a small village and according to the Government are "vulnerable". I think the whole team should be applauded.

Love the concept but I can see it needs work as it still seems like they’re experiencing typical teething problems being a startup.

Interested to see how this improves moving forward and hope others can see the potential and support them as they grow.

A great service in these stressful times. It means that I can stay home, not venture out and protect the NHS. I don't understand the negative haters or the morality police who have left comments! We are shopping for both sets of parents all over 75... so this has proved invaluable, supporting three households with their weekly shop! Well done to Ms Stocker and her (small) team. Thank you.

Found a local supermarket delivery in less than 5mins.

Supermarket slots are a resource already in incredibly high demand (supermarket slots).

Scraping the websites of supermarkets and making them more readily available for the more tech savvy or for paid subscribers not only does not solve the core problem, but only makes it worse. The demand will be higher and it will be harder and harder for the non tech savvy or more deprived ones to secure a slot.

They argue they're supporting the old and vulnerable. I doubt many are familiarised with online shopping, and my understanding is supermarkets set aside special slots for them anyway.

I wonder what supermarkets think about their websites being scraped by third parties.

However, I can see some value of this service as an aggregator of slots in non pandemic times and perhaps for promoting smaller businesses (which I'm currently not seeing but I understand is work in progress).

I didn't want to sound too harsh, I imagine there's been a lot of work trying to scale the service after all the publicity it received, and I sympathise with that. I think it would have been more noble for the team to invest their time in working with supermarkets to help them increase their delivery capacity instead.

Willing to change my review if you prove me wrong, of course.

Very helpful service to take the stress out of searching for that all important online shopping slot. No strings attached, although you can sign up for email notifications for a small contribution. A great idea in these difficult times!

great service, was looking for a slot for ages, used this and saved so much time, instead of looking at all of the different supermarkets it showed me all of them on one page.

Great website easy to use and such a great idea to help people especially people who are vulnerable right now and can’t go to the shops
