We've been using Shoptimised on 2 of our stores for the past year. We've continually seen a great uplift in sales, that we weren't getting directly from normal Google PPC. In some months we've seen an amazing 700% ROAS. The team are always available during working hours too and reply to an queries really quickly.

We started using shoptimized last year in the middle of the pandemic. At the time our business was on its knees due to the pandemic. Shoptimized had an immediate impact on our business and our Google adds account. It was such an impact, that i didnt even have to check my ROAS figures i could see immediately that our business was was improving significantly. We started with Shoptimised on the 1st of oct and have been very happy with the service we have received so far.

Zenah our account manager is always quick to get back to any queries and keeps us constantly updated with our accounts performance.

I've recently been introduced to Shoptimised and I'm very impressed with the tools available. So far, we've used the CSS and Feed optimisation tool.

The feed optimisation tool in particular is exactly what we needed for E-commerce clients and is giving us a significant edge.

Will has been my contact throughout, first taking a call with me where I grilled him with various questions about the platform, patiently answering all my questions. Since signing up, Will has been very responsive and helped me with various tweaks and explanations of features to enhance how we use Shoptimised.
