On several occasions I reached out to the Shoptimised helpdesk to either clarify something or to get assistance on an issue.
In both cases they went above and beyond to not only point me in the right direction but also to fix an issue in the product feed that wasn't caused by them.
I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We are approached weekly by PPC management companies and something that never interested us.

This was slightly different as they focused on none selling items so after a chat, we decided that we would give it 30 days and see if anything improved.

After 30 days they had sold more in their campaign than my core campaign which gave me the instant realisation that they knew what they were doing and I did not.

They have gone on to help us with our core campaign too which is now seeing a lot more conversions and they work really hard to make sure everything is performing otherwise they do not receive their sales commission.

They even updated a bit on Christmas day which tells you all you would need to know about their dedication.

I found Lewis in sales, helpful and not really very pushy as I do not like feeling like I am being pushed into something I do not feel is right, he gave me a gentle nudge as he believed they could help and if it was not for him, we would not have tried it and the business, in general, would have suffered.

Debbie my account manager is always looking for ways to make the campaign better. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she and the others always get right back to you with any questions.

I understand it will not work for everyone but I have nothing but good things to say about Shoptimise and really glad we found each other.

After a first meeting and introduction of Shoptimised and their services, we decided to start a cooperation in order to push our online sales since Shoptimised is offering great solutions.
We have just started with the on-boarding process, and we feel in good hands. The team is responding fast, giving helpful advices and personal support via email or video call. All interactions with the team were always friendly, helpful, proactive and excellent.

We have been working with Shoptimised since November 22 and our experience to date has been a positive one. All the Shoptimised team members who we have been in contact with (Callum, Bethany, John and Jade) have been proactive/fantastic and the Incremental Sales Campaign they led for us certainly helped sales in 4th quarter!

We've been using Shoptimised for around a year now which up until now has been very successful. We receive great customer support from Trevor with regular campaign performance updates. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their Google Ad Shopping conversions.

Fantastic, comprehensive communication - reporting is second to none. Team very friendly and nothing is too much to ask. Recently switched to them and the results so far have been fantastic!

Without a doubt the best product feed management & CSS solution available. Excellent customer service makes the CSS switchover seamless alongside the perfect UX/UI allowing me to monitor multiple clients feeds & account performance in the dashboard.

Extra tools provided such as the feed audit feature, Shopify web scrape (which prevents payment for 3rd party apps on Shopify!) & price checking tool gives me the ability to take my feed management to the next level.

We have been using Shoptimised for over 2 years, and have recently utilised their incremental feed offering, which has driven positive results over the first month running it.

The team who manage the account are great. Their communication has been excellent, making time to walk us through the platform and sales report, and constantly following up with us on campaigns performance. Our account manager, Jade Stephenson, is very friendly, organised and always quick to respond to any questions. I always enjoy our catch ups.

Overall, it is a really insightful platform, and I would highly recommend using it.

We started using Shoptimised around 6 months ago and they have been great. From the first point of contact they have been super transparent, clear and honest with you. We've only been using Shoptimised for a month but they've already proved that they are great at what they do. The first month of the incremental campaign produced a 948% return on ad spend. Their customer service is excellent. Our account manager is a pleasure to deal with, she's friendly and proactive, knows their platform inside out so can answer any questions we have, and frequently books in progress meetings so we always feel looked after. I have no doubts that moving forward our businesses will both benefit from their expertise.

One of the best peices of technology I have ever used (and I have worked in IT for 25 years!). Debbie my Account Manager is well versed in the software, its capabilties and I am excited to see where this journey leads over the coming months...

So we have been using Shoptimised for a few months now and I would like to give my honest opinion.

Firstly, Customer Service!
I have never worked with a team more on it than Shoptimised. We experienced an issue, I emailed the team to let them know, 2 mins I get a call from the team to let me know they are looking into it.
Everything is fixed and working!

Secondly, our account manager, Chelsea is great! Love the little catch-ups.

As for Shoptimised as a platform, we have seen some great results because of them! So much so that we put them in control of our core campaign and are seeing good results on this.

The website is easy to use, and also has a price comparison feature which does its job and helps us see where we rank in comparison to our competitors.

I would recommend Shoptimiesd :)
