The product is significantly overpriced (a kufi that normally costs around £5 is being sold for £20).

Delivery cost was £10, despite the item ultimately being shipped as a large letter (i.e. fits in that size category).

Delivery was late, with a delay of almost one week.

The actual product is of very poor quality and does not meet expectations at all.

Returns or exchanges are not possible due to the website’s policy.

Best avoided; if you do choose to purchase, keep your expectations very low.

though their clothing is nice, be aware:
They will ask you to accept a store credit when you return an item as a refund will cost them fees, but what they don't tell you is:
"Store credit can be refunded in cash for up to 6 months after it is issued. After that, it cannot be refunded."
So they now have £343 of my money that I can't get refunded but can only get back by buying from them.
That is not professional.
