The person who came to install the shutters was very efficient, tidy and friendly. He just got on with the job. The finished effect is lovely and they do make a difference to the heat in the room. I am very satisfied.

Excellent service and great shutters
The team at Shutters Up from the initial enquiry, to measuring appointment, confirmation, shipping and installation was all very smooth and professional. There was an expected delay in the shipping, which was out of their control. We were contacted as a heads up highlighting the importance of customer service. Luckily everything went to plan and was back on track.
The shutters look great. Very good quality. Would recommend.

Very happy with the shutters overall
Very happy with the shutters overall. The sales person was very professional and took the time to fully understand my needs. The installation team were faultless with a perfect installation. The only slight downside was the lead-time from order to installation but i can forgive that given the rest of the service was fantastic. Would gladly recommend these guys.

A Company That Goes The Extra Mile For Their Customers
The customer service provided by ShuttersUp was exemplary from beginning to end. Having bespoke blinds installed is a lengthy process but we were kept updated at every stage, all the employees of this company that we had dealings with were solicitous and professional, and we were absolutely delighted with the end product. If we could award six stars rather than five for the overall service we received, we would be happy to do so.

Fitter was polite and cleaned up after himself. He wore shoe protectors and left the house just as he found it. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters - they make the outside and the inside of the house look very slick!
