Car was excellent and in very clean condition. My experience at the checkout desk was friendly and professional. Return was easy. Price was terrific! Only difficulty is in walking to the offices, which are over a not very nice walkway from the terminal.

Sicily in the middle of spring
Sicily in the middle of spring, is there any destination more enchanting? For their service and support I recommend this car rental company, impressed as I am by their helpfulness. Maria-Rita, you are one of a kind! Traveling through Europe by train sometimes appeares a logistical nightmare. Therefore we arrived two days later than planned. At SRC Milazzo Porto we were received with courtesy and kindness and our stress and frustration melted like snow in the Sicilian sun. On their own initiative our reservation had already been reduced from 8 to 7 days so we needn't pay more than reasonable. After returning the car with substantial damage underneath - getting stuck in a ditch on a countryside road and getting pulled out by a friendly peasant was quite the experience - their support remained unwavering. Within two weeks of returning home all was arranged and our Creditcard deposit was refunded as we were charged only a minor fee of Euro 79,51 in agreement with the rental contract. The staff is sufficiently fluent in English and French, which makes it easy to communicate and settle things by phone and via e-mail. - Surely, we'll be back one shiny day. A heartfelt 'thank you' to all of you...!
