What has gone wrong
What has gone wrong? I have used Siesta for years, but this time it was not good. I've always had Paul (amazing guy - absolutely brilliant) and was told it would be Paul again, but they sent Andy instead who measured 3 out of 7 blinds wrong and when they were installed later they didn't fit! His hands were shaking and he didn't seem to know what he was doing and he kept changing the price. Awful. I insisted on having Paul to put it right. The office staff were rude over the telephone and made me feel like a nuisance for asking for blinds that actually fit the windows. They were much more expensive this time than when I have used them before. Not really competitive at all. The wonderful Paul was eventually sent out and he had the blinds remade so that they actually fit the windows. He's such a brilliant ambassador for this company, but quite frankly the company lets him down. After many years of using this company I just don't think I will bother again. You can get much cheaper blinds of the same quality elsewhere.
