I really wish I could have worked with…
I really wish I could have worked with this company but they were not interested in working with me or our church. I called to get an estimate for a sign on 7/16/24 from the Greensboro, NC location and emailed an estimate from a competitor. Gail took my information and said that Mark will call to give me an estimate. Two weeks later and still no call so I called again to check the status. Gail apologized and said Mark was on vacation but that was no excuse, someone should have contacted me by now. She said the owner will contact me. As of 8/26/24, no response from anyone at Signs by Tomorrow. It’s been one month and 10 days later and still no contact so I signed a contract with another company. Our new sign will be installed by a competitor next month.
