Asetek messed up, SIM Demon made it right
I ordered an Asetek pedal upgrade via SIM Demon which arrived faulty. I left a message on Discord on a Sunday, but Jakob picked it up regardless of it being the weekend and sorted a replacement kit for me. This kit arrived today, but Asetek only sent the single part, not the bits needed to mount it. Jakob responded to my message in 5 minutes, telling me he will send the parts from my original kit back to me. Amazing service, and I could not recommend them more, 5 stars all the way!

I managed to damage my Simucube Active…
I managed to damage my Simucube Active pedal by following Simucubes instructions which were incorrectly labelled. SimDemon processed my warranty claim quickly and within 10 days I had a replacement in my rig. Top service from friendly people!
