The worst

I ordered a couple of lamps from this store, and there is no doubt that is was the worst products I’ve ever payed for. The PH-lamp was frist of all very small and tiny, and also resembled an almost homemade plastic product. At least a product as cheap and tacky, that I have not been suprised if I found it in a Happy Meal at McDonalds.

1. Did you place the order in July 2022? And leave a feedback here half a year after being delivered?
You ordered 2 lights, both were small size versions. If you need it to be bigger, you can order the large size one. It shows the size on the product page. Customers can buy according to their needs.

2. The 2 lights you ordered are indeed made of metal. Our products are low-priced and cost-effective.

3. If the customer does not like the product after receiving, we support return and refund. We checked, but did not find your email.

Copy produts, not real

Just wondwering how this company sell's Artek's A331 Beehive lamps with price of 340 euros when originals cost over 1000 euros. These are not real ones, copies only. Do not buy.

Zen lamp revival

I have bought 2 fantastic zen type pendant lights at Simig.

Delivery was in time though the first shipment got apparently lost in transit to Germany. Simig resent those lights without any hesitation by air delivery in order to keep the delivery timeline.

However, one lamp was quite a bit damaged by the carrier. The paper box was apparently undamaged, but appeared to be top loaded with heavy stuff so that the wireframe construction of the light got warped.

Simigs support was really professional and beyond my expectations. They provided prompt support and never shirked responsibility.

We solved the issue by trying to repair the wireframe. So I received clever tips how to repair that and Simig also resent some black tape to get the light into the truly original state. This worked perfectly fine and the light was pretty awesome again.

The only flaw of Simig is that the business model includes sending quite fragile goods to end consumer, which always challenges carriers. I did order similar things in the past (extraction hood from Italy) and did not expect that to work properly. So I do recommend always some patience. Anyway, the Simig support service can really compensate for upcoming issues, but there is still the fact that all these incidents are actually not promised when customers push the buy button.

Their customer service is consistently…

Their customer service is consistently exceptional, both in Europe and Asia. I purchased a lamp, it arrived broken. They offered to replace immediately - I purchased more, and they thoroughly checked the color I wanted to be sure, and we very good about checking lead times, etc. Very responsive. If only all customer service were this good.

As I ordered from Germany and first time, Sharon helped me kindly and patiently to finish my order.
My lamp came here in best condition in according time, I am full satisfied. And happy about this wonderful lamp.

Ethical Company

I have read some poor reviews about this company and their customer service. I have to say that we were very happy with our light and the quality was fine. An error was made on the ordering which was partly our fault and they made a generous refund without any fuss and their customer service was excellent. I can only say that our experience was great all round.
