Great service with fault

I have a trio sensor mirror. After 3 years there was a fault. Following a very simple process, my replacement mirror was delivered 4 days later. Make sure you hang onto your receipt! I love this mirror, it is an investment, but a worthy one - you wont regret it!

The product truly comes with great warranty and customer service.

Although we initially had to wait a little while for a response from customer service (within a week), everything was handled very quickly afterwards. We have a rectangular pedal bin (58L Recycler) from 2019 where the lid no longer opened properly because a part of the opening and closing mechanism was broken. We wanted to replace this part, but unfortunately it had not been available for quite some time and was also out of stock.

To our surprise, we were offered a replacement pedal bin instead. Really great service! The product is already on its way and we are very much looking forward to receiving it.

We were already very satisfied with the pedal bin itself, but now we are even more pleased with the customer service and the warranty provided with the product.

Very satisfied with the customerservice

Very satisfied with the customer service from Simplehuman. After reporting an issue with my product — which I purchased more than 6 years ago — I quickly received a friendly, professional, and customer-focused response. Once I provided the requested information, a replacement product was immediately arranged under warranty.

I truly appreciate how smoothly and efficiently this issue was handled. The communication was clear throughout the entire process, and I quickly received confirmation regarding shipment and delivery details.

It is great to see a company that genuinely stands behind its products and warranty, even many years after purchase. Excellent support and service — highly recommended!

Great products

Excellent company

We recently changed our bath for a walk in shower, but unfortunately it meant that our tension shower caddy was now too short and we needed an extension, which was unavailable to purchase separately. After contacting customer services, they very kindly sent us the extension we needed, free of charge and next day delivery.
So impressed with the company and their customer service is exceptional.

Impressive customer service

My sensor mirror stopped working after having it for many years. Despite it not being under warranty Simplehuman, as a gesture of goodwill, sent me a new replacement. This was not expected but gladly accepted. Well done Simplehuman for sorting out a problem for a customer that you weren’t legally contracted to do. I am now your biggest fan 👍

Products have built in obsolescence - won't last

I have bought numerous products and always considered Simplehuman to be a premium and reliable brand. Then 2 of my 3 sensor pumps failed within a week of each other (both just outside of warranty) I messaged via the chat who asked me to provide proof of purchase (bought directly from Simplehuman). I was then told there was nothing that can be done as 6 months outside of warranty. I have to question if the products have built in obsolescence. (one of the pumps was from a two pack, meaning I'll have to replace 3 products to get them to match). a customer service rep via the online chat indicated that they would review as both failed but in the end, all that was offered was a token discount on new products. The irony is that over the weekend I received a marketing email stating that the sensor pumps are built to last over 20years, yet mine failed at less then 3 years. What a misleading marketing campaign.
