Very, very easy to navigate the website. The local funeral parlor cancelled my appointment to arrange something similar to the Simplicity offering with about 20 minutes notice, it was going to take an hour (no doubt to upsell their services too). I decided to go on the Simplicity website just to have a look and ended up getting just what I wanted in about 10 minutes. No jargon, no gobbledygook, no hidden charges, what you see is what you get. I'm sure you can add whistles and bells if you want to but I didn't get that far into it. Overall an excellent experience and service.
