Great service and price
Website easy to use, I just made the 2pm cutoff for next day delivery (1.58pm) and they were delivered the next morning. Got a call a few days later to book in the commissioning. Great service would recommend.

Purchase of my item (a fire ladder) was exactly as advertised but unfortunately it did not fit my windowsill. The customer service department was very quick to get back to me online and offered an excellent solution. This is why we should all be buying from UK based companies because they are made up of real people who can really help. This kind of services is few and far between with larger global companies resorting to the " computer says no"!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Simply extinguishers. I ordered materials several days in advance of an important project and paid for next-day delivery. The items didn’t arrive on the scheduled day, and nor the day after that either.
The only option I was finally offered was delivery on the actual day of my project — far too late to be of any use.
This has left me without the materials I needed at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my job. Based on this experience, I cannot rely on Simply extinguishers for time-sensitive orders.

Unfortunately, couriers are currently struggling with the increased demand from Black Friday and dropped the ball with your order. Once we were made aware of the missing items, we upgraded your delivery to a pre-10:30 slot to get your order to you as early as possible this morning. We understand, however, that it did not suit your needs at the time, and you requested to cancel your order.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there is any issue with a delivery, so we are able to resolve problems quickly.
We genuinely value your business and hope that you’ll give us another chance in the future to show this was a one-off.
