A Beautiful Week in a Beautiful Villa…

We wanted to spend a week in the south of France for a special occasion and came upon ‘Simply Owners’ and this wonderful villa. Firstly, Simply Owners is great as you cut out the middle men and speak directly to the owner of the villa you have chosen which is brilliant as you can converse and ask questions etc. The owner of our chosen villa was so lovely that you just knew that you had chosen the right villa for your needs and this was proven when we arrived; lush secluded gardens surrounded by high trees with hidden areas of tables and chairs, a hammock, various lovely areas to eat outside, games to play such as table tennis, and a swimming pool with lilos etc. Simply everything has been thought of that you could need. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, very much in the French style, and the choices of colours are tasteful and relaxing… the furniture is lovely and there are plenty of cushions and comfy seating…. also plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels etc.
Quite simply, the villa is perfect, and the owner is too.

I cannot rate this company enough! From the moment we enquired about listing our holiday let with simply owners, Frankie has been nothing short of professional, patient and knowledgeable.
I have found this the easiest website to use and the easiest to communicate with when we have any questions!

My Wife and family have just arrived back from a delightful stay in Barley cottage Burnham Market.

A vey smart well kept cottage with 3 bedrooms a great kitchen with every kitchen implement that you would need. It is well decorated with super showers and smart bedrooms. Barley cottage is well situated in the middle of the village, a 5 minute walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and close to Holkham, Blakeney and Wells. Sue and Andrew are great hosts when it comes to booking and customer care during and after your stay.A little gem that we will definitely stay at again. Huge villa. Perfect for 10+ visitors. Very well equipped kitchen. Super pool
( although it does have a steep slope into deeper water). Table tennis table. Plenty of sun beds. Plenty of eating areas, the best being the roof terrace, which has a huge sun canopy over the table. A lovely place to spend a holiday. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience Laura was absolutely the perfect host and the cottage was immaculate and very peaceful we had a lovely break and cannot recommend it highly enough.

A beautiful Villa in a wonderful location, with spectacular views. Mema, the owner & Lida from Kefalonia Holiday Homes were super helpful and provided a personal touch in the months leading up to our holiday and during it. We would definitely recommend this villa and location - you will not be disappointed!

Found a property to suit, e mailed a date [ 8 October to 14 October]. Had response that date not available but 26 September until 9 October ok. Emailed back the 2 October until 9 October is ok.
Her response was ok I'll send booking form in the tomorrow.
Next message, " Sorry I made a mistake, thought there was a gap but not available until November. "
I know we all make mistakes but what a way to run a business.
