Simply Scotland Reviews 

I wrote a review for Simply Scotland but actually got my companies confused as I had ordered a few bits and pieces from various outlets...I am waiting for the goods from SS that I ordered on the 5th of March and despite several e-mails to them have not been told if the goods have been despatched or not, they seem content to have taken the money and no customer service seems in place...please take my earlier review off their site as at present I would not recommend this company...this may change if and when I receive the goods ordered in good faith but at present...

Very happy with the quality and service! I am in New Hampshire and got great, fast service! The quality is evident in the product!

I have no visibility on the track my order. I have no idea what the state of my order.
I made my order since 1 month and I don't have any information about my goods.
I sent many e-mail without return from them !
I'm not satisfied at all

My delivery hasn't turned up. I called for 4 days consecutively more than 5 times a day. Without a reply. And emailed with an enquiry.
I want my money back in full and would like an explanation /response.

Still waiting for the items and/or a reply to the numerous emails and phone messages left. Took money straight away and it's been 11 days, still no contact or items, tried phoning for 4 days in a row (150 separate attempts throughout the day) I managed to leave 4 messages and the other times just went through to answer machine that I could not leave a message! Very disappointed! Pay pal dispute open! I had brief email on Wednesday informing items have been sent on a next day delivery, it's now Friday, no items and no communication!!!!!!!

As a 'drinking' kilt this is the business. If I had wanted a show-off kilt I would have paid more. Very fast delivery aswell.

We received the order yesterday and everything was perfect and above our expectations. So, no other comments than we are completely glad about the goods.

Placed and paid for order. They called me and left message to call them back. I tried on numerous occasions but got the same ansaphone message saying all busy try later. Fearing the worst I emailed confirming 2 contact numbers. Nothing from them other than email asking for feedback. Well, here it is. You're a disgrace, it's been over 2 weeks. NO GOODS, NO CONTACT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've received the kilt I've bought in the time they say it will be delivered. Very surprise by the quality (and it's so heavy !!), and the well-made it is. A Little bit to large for me, but I´'ve arranged that.
Surely now, I will buy an another one, in full wool.

I was looking to obtain some Scottish clothes for a birthday party found these guys on goggle looked at a few of the reviews and put an order in the shirt I had ordered was out of stock but after a phone call a substitute was made and the whole package arrived the next day!

I ordered a budget package to wear to a Burns Night. The kit was far better quality than I had expected. Worth every penny!
