I wouldn’t subscribe to this app/website as it is neither genuine nor transparent app and sems to have designed mainly to make money.
Very bad service, and they keep charging saving the card details
Auto renew without any notice. No where in the apps to untick auto renew option. The only options cancel the card. BEWARE!
Beware of this app. Worst customer experience. BEWARE SIMPLYSOUTH is a dodgy provider that doesn't give you any notice before auto renewal. I've installed the app last year, and within a day itself, I had uninstalled the app due to the substandard content and had asked to cancel the service. Automatically, this year, without any prior notice, was charged the full yr premium. I still use Netflix, Prime and Hotstar who actually give ample notice to their customers on renewal dates and amount. When asked for a refund, I was given the t&c - wow, Simplysouth, what great service you bring. Even after 5 emails they still haven't cancelled my subscription and i cant cancel it myself too. I did tell them via email that I will be taking this further. Beware and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Never go with them. Once you subscribed you lost your money every year they won't allow you to go out, if u try to go out u need to pay one year(remember not even one month) subscription to come out. They are robbers never believe them

Poor user interface - search sucks, can't filter by language, can't control video quality.
Simply South charged me for an annual subscription without my knowledge, despite the fact that my card details were never saved in their system. This is fraudulent behaviour. I wrote multiple times to customer support and there is no response.
This is scam company and offering service without proper support and miss management. They charge me twice for whole year subscription even when i cancelled last year subscription.
Even when card details are deleted from account profile still they charge to the same card, with multiple attempt to ask for refund or cancellation there is still no proper answer for this question
One of my worst experiences. After an update I was not able to log in to their website. They charged me for the whole year without any reminders. Now they are not responding to me if I ask them to cancel their subscription.

This company is a scam! They charge people twice for the same subscription even if you never wanted the subscription in the first place. Even if it looks like your card info isn't stored on your account, they still store it and use it to steal money from you. Once they've taken the money you won't be able to login to your account to actually watch anything. If you try to contact them to get it fixed they just ignore you. Please don't waste your money on scam service like this!!
