I would highly recommend Simply VAT. The service is efficient and concise. Debbie has been our account manager for a few years and is always there with advice or to help with any queries I may have. Recently they have introduced a Portal so you can upload sales/purchases information in your own time. I have found it very helpful and user friendly.

Incredibly disappointed. This company's communication was incredibly poor throughout. They ignored our communication so they could delay our de registration so that it slipped into the next VAT quarter and then charged for an unnecessary additional 3 months work. They then took an unauthorized amount after de registration and agreed to refund. Now chased 3 times for that refund with no response or refund. Customer service is their lowest priority. Taking your hard earned money is their focus.

Our account manager, Fawad, offers an excellent service. He is prompt, professional and very diligent in his replies. A real asset to the company!
