I had an old shed to dispose of, I gave Simply Waste a call on recommendation and within 20 hours the shed was gone! Extremely preferable rates, very friendly driver, excellent communications all round!

Great service, booked a domestic bin collection due to the current situation and it was a very swift and easy experience speaking with Rosie in the office and the service took place the next day. The driver Chris Robinson was lovely and very accommodating and had a nice chat. Great service from a great company!

This is the second time in recent weeks in which I feel the need to write regarding my experience with Simply Waste. Again, like my previous comment, I have to commend the efforts by the company but notably, James O’Keeffe. In short, I had a major problem with one of my own customers which needed urgent attention. James was at hand. Even after hours, he kept me informed with the progress of the situation. True to his word the incident was dealt with minimal fuss. His efforts and that of the team at Simply Waste ensured that the matter didn’t escalate. Thanks to both James and the team.

They are a great broker to work alongside. Good quality information and swift at getting back to you. Delighted to look after their account and hope this continues with more work being allocated to us.

Robert Damasdi quickly sorted an issue we had with a pick up which was very early and woke up the neighbours. He rearranged the pick up very efficiently and kept me informed at every stage. Robert was very polite and professional

I called to enquire about swapping our current bin for a larger one. Rebecca S was extremely helpful and sent through the relevant paperwork within minutes of me speaking to her. We were able to get our new bin by the end of the same week! Brilliant service and it got us out of a real hole! On top of that we've never had an issue with the waste collection service since moving to them - which we highly recommend.

I was Dealing with Rebecca and she was very prompt on her replies and also was able to assist me on any questions I had for her! :) very good Costumer service from Simply waste Solutions!

They arrived as planned and the Mr.Barnes (the cleaner) went above and beyond my expectations.

Having dealt with Simply Waste Solutions for sometime now, we've always them and particularly Dale Jenkins easy to deal with, responding quickly to enquiries and managing situations professionally. Good job, well done.

We find Simply Waste Solutions very efficient and easy to deal with. From the start of my communication with them I have been in touch with Rebecca Simpson and she has been great. It made things very easy as there was continuity by speaking to the same operator. She checks often that we are pleased with their service. We get an email everyday the collection is due if there are no bags left out. We would highly recommend this company and their members of staff. We use them for both our businesses.

Appalling and dangerous driving by your driver of Lorry reg EU16GOJ this morning on the M4 between the M25 and London at 5sm today (2/12/19). Despite the 50 mph limit on the M4 for the previous 30 miles your driver thought it acceptable to drive aggressively at those adhering to the speed limit. They than decided it appropriate to try and overtake in the outside lane at 60MPH in the roadworks with narrow lanes. Clearly, the lorry was too big for the outside lane, which is also illegal, and nearly hit several cars as he pushed the cars in the middle lane over as he straddled 2 lanes.
I do hope he got to where he needed to be in time but if I was one of your customers I would not want a driver with this total disregard to safety anywhere near one of my businesses.
