Bought from Simplywigs after a disastrous purchase from a local wig consultant. Thb I thought I could do no worse buying off the internet and at least I could return it. My first purchase was above my expectation in delivery time, wig cost and delivery charge. I could possibly find a company with cheaper wigs but they never seem to have my size or colour choice. Second wig I ordered did not suit me, but I returned it, no quibble and my money was refunded very quickly. Not sure about the customer service - nice people, but at the end of the day it came across as just taking your order, but that's not a complaint. I will use them again. x

I have purchased many wigs from Simply Wigs over many years, I have always found their service excellent and very reliable.
It is always a joy to speak to the staff over the phone, always so friendly and helpful.
I actually went to visit their shop recently, a long trip from where I live in Wales.
I am so glad I did, it was lovely to meet the lovely team working there, and Sue who helped me with my appointment was gorgeous and made me so relaxed.
I really enjoyed my time spent there, it was well worth the trip.

I ordered a wig which arrived quickly, was of great quality and beautifully packaged but the colour wasn't right for me so had to return it. There team were very friendly and helpful and my refund was processed quickly. The only negative is that I had to pay for the return postage but they are a great company and I'll definitely be buying from them again

first time wig buyer after my mum started chemotherapy. The website is easy to navigate and find the right style and color. After I placed my order, the color I ordered was sold out and they company was very responsive to help me choose alternatives. They were very supportive and understanding.
I ordered two wigs, with a stand and shampoo. One of them was too light in color and I returned it. The return process was smooth as well with very good email updates.

Simply Wigs are most definitely one of the best companies I have used in the UK for hair enhancements.
The website is extremely informative with every detail you could possibly need to make an informed choice.
I found the 360 view and customer photos especially useful.
They are super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to queries and keeping you informed of your order progress.
The orders are packaged very well and with care. If you should need to return, refunds are processed very quickly and with no difficulties.
I cannot recommend them enough and would always make them my first choice in future purchases.

Looking to pep up my hair for my wedding i had no idea what to do. Simply Wigs were brilliant, i sent them photos of my hair so the colour could be matched. Excellent customer service. My hair piece has arrived and looks like it is my hair. Would highly recommend and would use again

Very poor customer service. Curt and rude staff,who rely on vulnerable people using their online store to purchase necessity items. Refuse to cancel items therefore not adhering to any distance selling policies set out by the Government to protect consumers buying online. If you try to return any items they play hardball. I won’t EVER be spending any cash with them again. My experience this week has been appalling, upsetting and made me feel so upset. They have no morals and clearly rely on a pool of regular clients that they keep happy and don’t care how they treat customers they don’t have personal relationships with. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I have been having my wigs from simply wigs for just under 10 years. The quality is very good and customer service is helpful.

So far, I've bought 2 wigs (well, 1 and a half) from this company, and I'm very impressed with their quality of service. The first time was also my first time buying a wig, so I was very uncertain and full of questions, and their customer service (chat) was very kind and patient in providing very detailed information. I received the wig slightly later than normal shipping times because it was 2020 and Covid was wreaking havoc worldwide. The wig was good quality and perfectly in line with the product description and pictures provided on the website. It also came with detailed and user-friendly instructions on wig maintenance. They even included a complimentary praline in the packaging, such a lovely gesture! My second purchase was a couple of days ago, and as usual Laura from their customer service kept me up to date via e-mail. Unfortunately, due to a problem that has nothing to do with their company I've had to cancel my order, and Laura has once again provided lightning-fast, transparent and kind assistance. The refund has been processed in no time, and I'm once again utterly impressed by their professionalism. I'll definitely buy from Simply Wigs again (unless my hair comes back, hope never dies!) and I can only recommend them.

AVOID both this item (Sango wig Sentoo) and this company!
Bought this substandard piece of rubbish, and after less than 4 weeks, the fringe totally frizzed up and was static, standing on end, looking ridiculous.
They “sent it for a quality assessment”, only to return it, trying to blame me from everything from opening an oven door to standing too close to a lightbulb! Despite adamantly telling them over and over that this couldn’t possibly be, since I only wear it outdoors, they washed their hands of all responsibility, leaving a £200 hole in my pocket, for an item that I got less than 4 weeks wear out of.
You’d be better off buying this Chinese-made cheap rubbish wig, directly from such websites, where the price is a more justified match to the quality (or lack of!).

I used this company for several yrs ( around 10 ) never had a problem and always found them helpful. Then recently I phoned them to ask about a new wig, I wanted to try. The girl on the phone said I am looking how many you've returned around 5 she said! But that was ones I wanted to try, and was over several years! Also they were in perfect condition when returned, and seeing you pay the postage yourself, I couldn't see a problem. I was credited for each return. As stated on their website. I was stunned! (Wished I had noted her name) When i came off thd phone i thought she was pretty rude in the way she said it. So i ordered from elsewhere. I am reluctant to use them again.

This company and the lady I spoke to have to be the most helpful, courteous, friendly of any I have ever dealt with.
They couldn't be more helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
Please if you ever need to buy a wig don't go anywhere else, these are the experts and the most genuinely lovely people I've ever bought anything from.

I have just purchased my second wig from Simply Wigs. Firstly, customer service is excellent. Due to a misunderstanding on both sides the wig I received was the wrong colour. Rang the company, who explained what I had to do. Wig sent to them, on receipt they sent me the correct item. Couldn't have been easier.

This company is very good and their customer service is exceptional. I have made mistakes in the past ordering the wrong colour etc from other sites and not only do these other companies take ages to reply to my emails they won’t except returns. Simply Wigs excepts returns and they reply swiftly and are friendly and courteous. Their website is great and I love the fact they showcase the wigs and toppers on and 360 photo and photos of customers wearing the products. 100% recommended.

Just purchased my first hair enhancement piece from Simply Wigs, an absolutely stunning piece by Jon Renau in Shaded Praline I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Simply Wigs I have found to be a very caring company dedicated to helping customers overcome their issues with hair loss....even when my package arrived it was beautifully wrapped with a heartwarming message and a surprise little chocolate treat for me!
The website is wonderfully put together and also very informative.....I'm already eyeing up my next piece!

4 wigs from simply wigs now, 3 I kept and they were high quality at a good price. The 4th I returned easily without hassle and received my refund quickly.

If your in a rush to receive your wig though you need to call and check it's in stock first. If it's in stock you can receive in 2-4days. If it's not in stock I've waited 2- 3 weeks before. I like the fact that I can take off the VAT here which I'm entitled to and it's nice to be able to receive this when you buy for medical reasons.
