Worst experience of my life!!!
Couldn’t agree more with all these negative reviews below! I was sold a car in March (which we couldn’t pick up until end of April and after many chases of when we could pick it up). We were told the car would be fully valeted, serviced and new MOT. After picking up the car we found the car had not had any of this and 13 year old tyres were put on them. 1 month later after driving the car a handful of times the engine light came on. Fast forward to now and the car is in the garage with a suspected head gasket and possible full right off. When confronting Charles about this, he screamed down the phone and told us he would see us in court! Please don’t use this dealer, scammer and faker than they come!!! The list could go on of the problems we’ve had with this dealership!

Really Happy with my Mini Cooper S
Really Happy with my Mini Cooper S. Dealt with Charles. Car was nicely polished up for collection and having lots of fun with it. Put on new set of alloys, makes it look smart. Pay 200 deposit, then wait for car to be ready 1-2 wks, test drive, if your happy drive it away, if you're not deposit back. Happy to recommend :-)

ROGUE TRADER - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARLES AT SINCLAIR CARS!!! Dishonest, untrustworthy and incredibly shady. Three (very long drawn out) months of relentless chasing, unreturned phone calls, lies, excuses and pathetic sales patter over the status of the Mini for collection. After basically giving up, we received a strangely easy refund on our deposit which led us to think that he had no intention of releasing the vehicle to us to begin with. Huge waste of our time. So very disappointing to think we shook his hand in good faith over a deal that was clearly based on zero morals and no care for the quality service that was promoted.

Do not buy anything from this man
Do not buy anything from this man! He is a total con man. Sold me a mini park lane, after a week of excuses about why he couldn't deliver he admitted it had some serious problems and offered another vehicle. 2 mechanics examined it, both said its an mot fail and not safe to drive. Charles laughed down the phone, said see you I court then hung up and stopped taking calls. Paid a reputable mechanic to fix the car at considerable expense. Again, do not buy anything from this con man!

BE WARNED - If I could give zero stars I would well spoken to start with once he got the cash the posh accent started slipping more importantly vehicle had a list of problems including being in an accident - awful awful man who knows the tricks of withholding money and the stalling tactics
