This is the experience of Newport…
This is the experience of Newport Sinclair VW as suffered by a 70 year old lady.
Last week (mid- March) an exhaust warning light appeared on her VW Golf. She had suspected a problem since a service last Nov - the exhaust sounded as if it was blowing, but as car was just serviced she thought all must be OK
She asked Sinclair VW in Newport to investigate. Told first opportunity is in JUNE!!! and to contact Roadside Assistance
What sort of service is this??
Sinclair are a main VW Dealer??
Don't think I will be buying a VW from them.

Phil, Harry and the rest of the team were always very helpful and friendly whenever I called or visited. This is by far the best experience we have received at any car dealer. I would highly recommend visiting them to anyone looking for new or approved used car.

From the minute you walk in the welcome of a warm drink (on a cold day) is offered and a member of staff is fetched for your requirement. Adam was polite, upbeat, professional and understanding. The whole experience was great! Super friendly team! With that in mind it made the whole transition of buying, a breeze. Adam especially even got in touch on his day off! That’s commitment. Each time I call, straight through and called back if not available. A great service.
