Visited Sinclair Neyland for a repair and wait
Visited Sinclair Neyland for a repair. I live an hour away, as it's West Wales and not many VW garages around this was my closest option. A very welcoming experience and was well looked after knowing I was willing to wait. I was able to work a few hours on my laptop in the waiting area and enjoy a coffee from the machine. Being self employed this is great as didn't effect loss of earnings. I engaged with several members of staff and mechanics on the day, all very knowledgable, approachable and professional.
I've visited in the past for sales too, and although they didn't have what I was looking for I wasn't pushed into anything unsuitable for my needs.
Would recommend for repairs, service and sales. Thanks!

Car booked in for oil change
Car booked in for oil change, inspection and MOT. Wasn't very welcoming. Plenty of staff there for Audi and Mercedes but had to wait for someone for VW. Told that the oil change would probably be done before the MOT which was scheduled for 11am. Telephoned at 2pm to be told that it was still to be MOT and would be another hour. Waiting in the waiting area finally managed to get away at 4 pm. Had asked for ADC to be recalibrated, only reset and same fault developed on way home. Will try Swansea next time

Customer friendly service
Because of our domestic situation Volkswagen collected our car and delivered back to us after it was serviced.The dealer service has always been very good in meeting our needs.
