Well, talk about going above and beyond ... ! Super helpful in sourcing a car at short notice. Sales staff were totally upfront and honest, which is perhaps a bit of a rarity in today's world of short term gain and 'in-and-out-of-the-door' attitude. I would give them 5 stars every day of the week. Totally outstanding!

Bought a used car from these people, on agreeing a deal to purchase the car, the dealer retracted on some of the things originally agreed on. So be careful buying from these guys. On the car purchased loving the vehicle.since the purchase the dealer has put right the issues that were encountered.

Friendly and efficient service .. Martin was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and assisted me with a fair part ex settlement for my current vehicle so enabling me to purchase a new Cupra .. totally happy with all my experience.

Confusion over my home address. I had to complete the finance agreement several times due to errors made by the salesman. I put in my old 300 GLC Mercedes and purchased a new 400 GLC Electric. It seems the documentation wasn't completed correctly / on time as Mercedes finance took £500 out of my bank account for my old vehicle that I had already handed back to Mercedes. The finance customer service told me that the paperwork for my old car wasn't completed on time before I picked up my new car. I've had to sort out the mess myself with the finance company to get my money back.....which I'm still waiting to have returned to my account. I feel I've done most of this work myself to purchase my new mercedes, pity I'm not getting paid for my time.

For the past 7 years I have been a Sinclair JLR customer, and I have never been let down. My most recent experience, which was over the past 10 days, during the purchase of my new car was absolutely no different, and the customer care has never failed me. Dan, was my sales representative, and from start to finish he was excellent. He demonstrated excellent customer care, from enquiry through to car collection, he was patient, responsive, knowledgable, and charismatic. He was able to deal with my 100 miles an hour pace of chat, and made me feel at ease. When test driving the car, I brought along my husband and newborn baby, and both Dan alongside several other members of staff (a lady who I didn't catch the name of) were super attentive and did not make us feel like we were a burden. Always checking in and offering us beverages during our stay. On collection, I was really taken care of once again, and was collected from the train station, and Dan was able to address all of my queries, show me around the car, and complete the relevant paperwork.
