My review seems to have been removed my daughter attended singhar in Ashton under lyne after school, for a hair style with nothing taken off the length of her hair, she came home from her hair being down her back near her elbows to it being under her shoulder livid is not the word I wouldn’t mind, but the hair isn’t even straight bangs are both odd took her to another hair dressers and there is nothing they can do! Because they have butchered her hair they have ruined my daughters long beautiful I haven’t even been to your shop since because I’m livid as I’ve had a child off school all week because her hair is absolute mess.

A trip to the eye hospital for me after visiting yesterday! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst experience EVER! I’ve never experienced so much pain and discomfort before from a simple eyebrow threading and am now on antibiotics prescribed by the hospital! If I could share pictures on here I would. It’s absolutely SHOCKING & I genuinely thought I was going to go blind!

Went in for a eyebrow waxing on the day without a pre booking, very relaxing and the staff were brilliant!

Went in for a Hollywood and left without one due to how rude and unprofessional they were. I booked an appointment on their website as no one was picking up my calls. I walked in and they said they never got my calls and I didn't book anything. I was being nice and asked them if they can do walk-ins but I felt as if they were trying to argue with me despite me being very professional and pleasant towards them despite them not picking up my calls or accepting my pre-booked session. I walked out and went to a salon 3 mins away called Beauty Box where they were extremely professional, and very nice about me wanting a quick walk-in session.

Bad experience in grays branch by new girl. Worst lashes I ever had and she was very rude. Older staff are brilliant but new girl will leave your eyebrows like one line and lashes doesn’t even last 1 day. Will never go to her again unless my old two ladies working.

SPREAD VIRAL DISEASE 🦠 I now need medical advice. It appears that days later I’ve contracted a skin disease which is highly contagious.I was concerned that the stick used during waxing, had been used on another client, but I didn’t question it because I had arrived a little late. I felt bad for the woman waxing, because she’s probably earning less than legal wages and although I was not given any kind of mirror - I assumed it was fine. I offered a tip due to the condition is the practitioner was working under.

To add insult to injury, I had purchased a deal for a manicure pedicure and when I had asked the manager on my way out about this, she said that as I was no longer in new client, I couldn’t use it. I’ve never had any kind of reaction to any waxing I’ve ever done, this was the first time in four years and within days my skin blistered. I’m going to have treatment but it looks serious. 😭 And potentially life-ruining. Once I get confirmation, I will be filing a serious complaint

Hollywood wax left me badly bruised. This was blamed on my age however other waxing has not done this. No cuticle work on fingernails and badly shaped. Shellac removed with a sander leaving my nails thin and brittle. This was at Ashton Under Lyne. I will not return

If you go to get a Hollywood wax or any type of wax down there be sure to only have Rama do it I had another lady today and she damn near ripped my clit it’s bleeding currently and I’m so pissed I will never go back here again

Absolutely awful experience. The woman is rude and i definitely don't think she has any qualifications.
My brows are ruined, I'm left with no hair and a bodged tint job 😭😭
It's completely knocked my confidence and made me self conscious.
Also the woman was rude telling my 1 year old too shush throughout when he was just making noises.

Very bad experience

Ashton under Lyme branch. Pedicure with shellac.

Had to advise/ak for two coats as it was too light colour. Didn't do any cuticle work. Did not file rough edges after shellac applied and had to ask twice. Shellac all over skin/toes ...again had to ask her to tidy this as she presented them finished with all above not done 😠 very bad professional treatment that looks worse than my own attempt. Will not revisit AVOID

Had a very bad experience at this salon. Nothing was explained from start to end. Hollywood was was extremely painful! Results were awful left with irritated and inflamed skin! Three days later and still feeling extremely uncomfortable had to go to the pharmacy to get treatment.

Salon itself was also in a bad state. The room had holes in the ceiling where all the pipe and electric work was coming out, not a relaxing atmosphere.

Would not recomment and would avoid at all costs!

I went to the Edgware branch. Alina was excellent, dermologica facial was very good, manicure was excellent and threading even better!

My daughter went to Milton Keynes branch today for an ear to be pierced today. What an absolute amateur outfit.
No forms to fill in, no name given.
This member of staff was on the phone for the entire session. She even paused from her call to present the gun at the wrong ear. I was outside of the booth, at this point ready to step in and remove the instrument.
I recommend staying well away from this cowboy outfit. Today my daughter was lucky. The next customer may not be

I went to the branch located by Tottenham Court Road for a full legs, underarm and Hollywood wax. I got it done by Silpha who was absolutely lovely, especially considering it was my first time getting a wax so I felt uncomfortable at the beginning, but that was completely gone after being treated by Silpha, I’m coming back to her every time :) I’m very satisfied with the wax & will be returning, thank you Silpha!

Edgware salon staff are lovely and the atmosphere is calm and professional, a good experience.

Singhar Beauty in Welwyn Garden City are amazing. I’m very happy with all of my treatments and the staff are fabulous x

I went to the Ashton branch to have my hair done this was so unprofessional, the staff was rude and was talking in Hindi, I told the tall lady how I would like my hair to be cut and it was an absolute mess it was awful and the floor was very very dirty and the gown was full of colour and hair DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH on a joke of a salon it’s ran by clowns
