We purchased the Freight Marketplace theme, unfortunately some of the functions we were under the impression it would have were not present and we decided to go in a different direction. After a bit of nudging we were pleased Sitemile promptly provided a refund upon request.

I have been using this company's software and had a very disappointing experience. I paid for the software, but the coding quality is extremely poor. I eventually gave up using it and lost my money. Today, I checked other reviews and still found many negative but genuine comments. The company claims the work is completed, but in reality, the product is not functional. Seeing these ongoing bad reviews makes me question whether the positive comments are even from real customers. My conclusion: do not waste your money on this company.

Using this software has been nothing but frustrating. I finally gave up on their poorly coding product, and in the process, I lost my money. If they refuse to acknowledge that I was a genuine customer, perhaps I should upload their program’s source code to GitHub and let the public judge the quality for themselves.

Paid andrei saioc 50% up front 3/7/2024 to build me a site, sent me a boiler plate contract but never delivered. Guy is a crook, don’t be fooled by his lies and sample websites!

Perfect execution, and time management was great. Communication was done via email and live chat, and things went out great. The custom work has been liked by the customer.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Sitemile.com that I feel compelled to share to warn potential customers.

I purchased the Freight Marketplace Script as part of a yearly membership package, which included a 7-day money-back guarantee. After just 5 days of testing, I decided to request a refund due to several critical issues.

Key Issues:

1. Outdated and Non-Functional Scripts: The scripts provided were supposedly updated, but they do not work properly with the latest PHP 8 version. In reality, the content appears to be over 5 years old with almost 100% of it being useless. The site falsely advertises recent updates, which is misleading.

2. Limited Functionality: Despite being marketed as a comprehensive marketplace script, it offers a very limited overview. I couldn't view user transactions or process payments, rendering the platform ineffective for any serious business use.

3. Poor Visual Design: The website is riddled with visual issues, making it unappealing and difficult to navigate.

4. Subpar Code Quality: The codebase is outdated and of very poor quality, which not only affects functionality but also poses security risks.

5. Lack of Customer Support: The company seems to be run by only one person, Andrei, who is not customer-friendly and fails to provide a proper demo of the product.

6. Refund Nightmare: After requesting a refund within the 7-day policy (specifically after 5 days), my money-back guarantee has not been honored. It's been 30 days, and I am still waiting for my refund. This lack of integrity is unacceptable.

7. Unauthorized Charges: I had to block my credit card because the seller attempted to make recurrent charges without authorization, adding to the frustration and mistrust.

Due to these issues, I am now forced to seek legal assistance to recover my money. I strongly advise anyone considering Sitemile.com to look elsewhere and avoid the hassle and potential financial loss.

I once bought their Shipme website which was supposed to be similar to Uship. The site was dysfunctional and its features didn't work, and Sitemile never bothered to help deliver a complete "template". My advice: Stay away from their templates.

Response: You're the delusional one, your website doesn't work! Your so called "maps" feature broke when we tried to use it, in fact your website would break down when we tested it. You keep making excuses for creating a non-functional website, read your other 1 star reviews and you will see that YOU may be the problem in all these situations.

2nd response: I will send you a Skype message and you will remember me. Your site simply never worked the way it was supposed to.

3rd response: How can anyone renew something that doesn't work? I paid the first time and your website kept breaking down. I just remembered you yesterday because I was looking into how to create a similar website the proper way, since your solution never ever worked.

4th response: The same thing I'm saying now is the same thing I said in 2019/2020. Nothing has changed, don't act like the site was once working and now it's not. It NEVER worked, and your support NEVER had a fix for it.

We have worked to develop a marketplace website and app based on woocommerce with Andrei and his team. Things have gone totally fine, and project had been completely in reasonable time. I can recommend them highly.

Never finished or even started work after payment. Various WhatsApp messages but no work finished after stating it was nearly finished.

Customer service tricked me AGAIN the 3rd time insisting of changing my review to a positive to give me my access to all themes and plugins which i Paid years back for unlimited. Proof can be provided as I can go back to the screenshot where there was no extra charges or yearly fees like they introduced today. SCRIPTS ARE BUGGY and worthless. There are many more out there which are better. They just talk and talk and dont do nothing. PAying thousands to developers which stil lhave many bugs and dont get sorted in time is not worth it.

My client is using the Sitemile AuctionTheme for their WordPress Auction website. When they contacted me the website was using a very old and outdated version of WordPress (v3.8) and the site and theme needed to be updated to work with the current version of WordPress (v6.5). In additon the new site needed to be updated while maintaining all of the historic accounts and database records.

I contacted support to ask if this was possible. Andrei said yes and offered advice, programming and support services over and beyond my expectations. All at no additional cost to the client. Andrei was very helpful and responsive. The AuctionTheme is now working and both the client and I are very pleased with the support we received.

Currently developing a new microjob site and decided to use the SiteMile Pricerr theme as it met all my requirements. It was a nice and easy install. Hit a snag with part of the transactional element of the theme and contacted support. I know there have been some poor reviews RE: customer service recently, but I found Andrei to be helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Set up a temporary admin account for him to investigate and he had the issue resolved within a few hours (less than 24hrs of contacting support), meaning we can now begin proper testing.

Genuinely appreciate all the help, and so far I would happily recommend SiteMile and this product.

good themes , good attitude and nice communication

I realized after purchasing that I had fallen for a typical Romanian Scam.

Before making a purchase they / (he) convinces new victims into believing that they are communicating with legitimate business representatives, when in fact, they are speaking to a scam artist, who will give them unusable substandard themes filled with bugs or non-existent custom work and then frustrate you with non arriving delivery dates until you give up. All you will get is "We are working on it", "We will deliver before the end of the day or week", be warned you will wait until the second coming. Don't even dream of getting a refund.

With zero empathy and tones of arrogance, they think their distance would insulate them from law enforcement scrutiny.

They label every negative review as a fake/rude client. and then counter with several fake positive reviews, don't fall for it.

Dreams and visions have been crashed and delayed by this scam entity. I don't recommend them.

LE: it seems that they answered right away but their emails went to spam. We managed to connect via chat after that and everything was good. Thank you once again for the fast turnaround.

The updates were missing and we cannot access the support dashboard. Maybe because is night and they are off, but we need to access that. Waiting to hear from them

WARNING, YOUR MONEY WILL BE LOST!

Trying to work with Andrei has been the worst experience of my life. It all started on 2023-02-28 when I purchased his theme Car Auction Theme, but weeks went by and I never received it. I sent him mails multiple days per weeks demanding delivery of the theme but I always got the same reply "I'm working on it", "It will be ready tomorrow" and many other promises.

Month went by and still no theme so in may of 2023, 3 month after purchase, I demanded a refund since I by then knew Andrei was a pathological liar and a scammer. He finally promised a refund but it never showed up.

Now 11 month after my initial purchase I have still not receive the refund nor the theme. I gave him a chance to refund me for the last couple of days and like always he promises to do it yesterday, but then nothing. Not a response nor a refund.

He have given me no choice but to proceed with a lawsuit against him and his company. My law firm are now putting together 11 month of communication and proof of lack of refund, and will contact the Romanian authorities to prepare everything.

So for your sake, if you think his site and themes looks professional, do not engage with him. Look elsewhere. After our lawsuit agains him and after the authorities get all the proof, his business will be shut down for good. So you will have no support, no help, no refund and no work after purchase.
