Like many others wrote this company is a total vast of money and time, for a two day job you must pay true 2checkout.com which has limited 30 days refund, after you pay every day receive a message that your job is done by tomorrow this goes on every single day until you loose your money.

absolutely bad support. They stay for 3 months in "being processed" to my support request, and never answered to my bug resolution request. I got my website broken for 3 months and as well they refused to give money back. Don't trust in their business.
They wrote that all is wrong, but i can't publish directly the ticket not answered in 3 months because not allowed from Trustpilot

Fantastic experience, they are building our custom thumbtack platform, and they are doing even a mobile phone app. Its true that is not cheap but they are always in contact and the work is amazing

I paid upfront for a lifetime membership looking at 2 themes that we were excited about that when we installed them they were missing everything from the demo. We ended up giving up on the theme when the support couldnt seem to help and weeks go by. Now we are trying the Domain Buying and Selling WordPress Theme and it installs, and its missing plugins or something because nothing comes up at all. I run a tech company and use wordpress all the time, we tried everything humanly possible to get this to work and they seem to stop responding. Im really not happy, if they do get it working I will update this review. Im not asking for anything custom, just to make the theme work like it shows. Very simple.

Update - I am a real customer and you know that very well.. I have given you months to correct the problem and you could not. The support is terrible. You could have helped us but you kept pushing us off for weeks then became unresponsive.

The old saying of "If it's too good to be true, it probably is" applies to this company. They over promise and underdeliver constantly. The company promises the following:

1. "An out of the box solution that is ready to use for your business, no plugins required and SEO optimized."

2. "Awesome Support" also described as "Excellent Support" and "Fantastic Support" with "24/7 email assistance and 5-18hrs on live chat per day." They also boast response times of "...usually within minutes, and in the rarest cases 12-24 hrs at most..."

3. Clean Code.

4. Many updates: "Usually we launch an update each month, or every 2 weeks if we have to. We can assure you we keep up to date."

What you actually get:

1. A solution that is nowhere near ready for professional deployment. There are so many issues that I have posted tickets about that would negatively impact your customers experience if you were to deploy it as is. Having paid for the premium package for a year we were excited to use the premium extensions. Out of the 10 we downloaded, 4 do not work, the disputes, affiliate, chat and notification centres. That's almost half! I have submitted tickets (April 2, 2023) and had no resolution to this day: 41978, 41977, 41975 and 41974. The Site is not SEO optimized and it actively says that you have to install 2 plugins for the site to work properly in the only setup video they have on their page.

2. I do not consider multiple unanswered requests and response times of over 7 days "Awesome support" so unless you do, be wary. Here is a list of unresolved ticket numbers that I was promised a response (not even a solution) by Friday, April 7th.
41983, 41982, 41981, 41980, 41979. Guess what? I've still heard nothing.

3. The code is far from clean. Poorly named variables and functions and a litany of inconsistencies. You have to work your way through a complete mess to fix issues which I have been doing.

4. The latest version of this theme on the site states that it was released on Feb 13 2023 yet the only one available when I login through my account is December 20 2022.

In summary, don't listen to what this company has to say. They promise grand things but will not deliver. I'm not sure how they got all of these positive reviews. I haven't had any experience with their custom work, but if their lead time is anything like their response time I would stay well away.

The crazy thing is I haven't been asking for solutions, I have been willing to fix them if they show me where the issues are, but they won't even make time for that.

Do not get this theme if you are looking for an out of the box solution that will make your life easier and help you to launch the business that you envisioned. You will be sorely disappointed.

These guyz are fraudsters. i paid them full amount for my custom work and they have never delivered. They will steal from you and tell you lies. They are THIEVES. Avoid them
