I went to the Sit 'n Sleep in Tarzana on 04/15/26 and the service was excellent. The salesman Freddy was very honest and knowledgeable in helping find the right Mattress for me. Also gave me great advice for ordering furniture to go along with my Mattress.

The delivery today was right on time as scheduled and the delivery men set everything up really fast- all while being careful moving everything into the room. They were literally done setting up everything in less than 20 minutes. Very respectful of the house and neighborhood.

From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with going to Sit 'n Sleep I Tarzana.

Delivery was early and everything was fast and efficient. Employees were very pleasant and outgoing.

I had to reject part of my ordered today because it was not what I needed. The bed could not be set up because the sales associate did not ask the right questions or get me all the right products to have a proper bed set up. This is disappointing as I have to have 2 different deliveries and no use of the bed right away. This is not the fault of the delivery team, this directly reflect the sales person’s lack of making sure I had everything i needed for a successful experience

Joselyn was super helpful and informative. She let me try a few mattresses out, I got stuck on one, and she said I looked comfy. She bundled pillow cases and protector sheets for me which I could probably got cheaper on Amazon but whatever. Delivery was fast, like next day next morning fast. Overall just a painless experience.

My husband and I both had a great experience shopping for a mattress with sit n sleep. They made it so easy to purchase and deliver a mattress. We would definitely recommend to other people looking.

The delivery team kept us informed as to when they’d be arriving. They were mindful of my light carpet and wore shoe covers. They were careful not to bump any walls or furniture when carrying the very heavy adjustable bed platform and Cal King mattress upstairs to the 2nd floor. The 2 workers were very efficient, polite and easy to deal with. The only thing I would request is that the delivery company provide furniture straps for their delivery team to use for heavy items.

From picking out a bed to having it delivered with ease, sit n sleep made it extremely easy to get a new bed every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and professional will definitely go back for future purchases

We went to sit n sleep to try out mattresses. Then buy online. But the manager Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was a tad nervous of getting a pushy/overbearing salesman but he was very professional and gave me and my wife space to make a decision on our terms. Great buying experience!

In addition to a top-notch experience with Jennifer at the Lake store in Pasadena, we must highly compliment the delivery service. Kevin and Rafael arrived when they said they would and were extremely efficient and personable. Additionally Kevin was highly knowledgeable about the product and we would highly recommend him for a role on the showroom floor! We look forward to a great night's sleep tonight.

The whole experience of buying a new mattress was easy and pleasant. Our salesperson tested to see what level of hard/soft bed we needed and had us try the options for that level without pushing us towards a specific one. He was patient as we retried many to make our choice. Delivery was set and it took them maybe 20 minutes to haul away our old items and set up the new ones. Just a very good experience in every way.

My husband, preschool age granddaughter and I visited the store and purchased three mattresses for our home. The sales person was immensely helpful and showed us various option La in our price range. Our granddaughter was given an adorable plush lamb to take home. After returning home, I needed to amend the order and the store was able accomplish this complicated task and still remain within our budget.
When delivery day arrived, my husband was called away from the house for an emergency and the delivery drivers were kind enough to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to return.
It was a kindness I will never forget.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress.

This is our second purchase from Sit ‘n Sleep in a year. From the first contact at the store all the way though delivery everything was a delight. We purchased from a different store and the experience was just as good as the first which tells me a lot about the company culture. The products and pricing are great, the people and experience are even better.

From sales to delivery this has been a swift, professional and comfortable exchange. Got everything I wanted at an affordable price and delivery was early and quickly smooth even to taking away the old mattress. I can’t speak of any other locations but, the West Hollywood store was a great shopping experience.

Chris Mora was an awesome salesman at the Cerritos Sit ‘N Sleep. He was SOOO knowledgeable about mattress companies the electronic bases, and the style of mattress too. He was not at all pushy. He figured out what kind of mattress I was interested in pretty quickly and gave me space to explore the store. I went into the store thinking I was going to get one thing, but he showed me something else just in case and I loved it! We are so happy with our bed purchase. But honestly, Chris was a big part of why I bought the mattress from this store. He is awesome. We love the bed he showed us. And it was delivered the next day. Sleeping like babies over here. zzzzz. Larry Miller, if you see this, give Chris a promotion!

I really liked the bed match computer system. The mattress I chose was a tempur pedicure that raises the head and leg portions of the mattress. Very comfortable !

After a great experience in the store, delivery was next. Text messages and voice mails kept me informed throughout the day with increasingly accurate delivery windows as the day progressed. Once I was up the driver called and let me know when he was on the way. Upon arrival both of the guys delivering introduced themselves and then jumped right into it. Five minutes later my new bed was in place and the old mattress and box springs were gon. Outstanding delivery!
