Ive ordered 2 sitpack Zen 1 year ago and sobfar i did not get them. Most of the emails ive sent were not answered and the few that the ve replied was apologizing and promissing a delivery for soon that never happened.

bought a sitpack Zen in aluminium
bought a sitpack Zen in aluminium, the website says it will support 130kg but when delivered, the box says max 110kg, I have spent a couple of weeks chasing an answer on which is correct as I am over 110kg and this is a safety issue but they either don't respond or they say that an answer is needed from another department, most of the time, they just don't respond
Good looking item but I cannot use it until they confirm if it is usable, if I wanted a lighter unit, I would have bought the cheaper one

Ordered 2 x SITPACK Zen x-ii from their indiegogo campaign in August 2019 and still NOT received. Worse still I have sent over 8 emails to both Jonas via the Indiegogo page and their own website contact page and have not had a reply.
Such a shame!

Purchased a SitPack Zen II Carbon fibre from their Kickstarter campaign Dec 29 2017
It was finally delivered after 2 years on 28 Dec 2019
Tried to use it twice and then it broke.
Was supposed to be a redesigned version after numerous complaints from users of it breaking, but I guess it wasn't a redesigned one they sent or if it was it was still not fit for purpose.
Somebody is going to get seriously hurt using this product.
No response from Sitpack regarding a refund.
