Quality of jewellery does not match price

I got 3 rings & 1 bangle from siwd as a birthday present, within a weeks time one diamond had falling out of both the bangle & one of the rings and also the bangle kept unclasping itself on my wrist and I was so worried about loosing it as I did love this bangle. I then sent them back to siwd for a replacement, 1 week after that the other 2 rings I had purchased where going all rusty so I decided to bite the bullet and part with all of this jewellery and ask for a refund as I was not going to let my mum waste her money on this type of standard of jewellery.

Which is so sad as I do absolutely love the styles of jewellery siwd sell but the quality is honestly shocking. I have had a lot of previous jewellery from siwd and it does go rusty and not a nice look after a while if not a short amount of time which should not happen but I just continued to buy from them as I loved the look of the jewellery that much which was so stupid of me.

I have now decided to never purchase anything from siwd as it’s a waste of money in the long run, I don’t understand how they have so many stores and so many people purchasing jewellery from them when the quality is not up to standards what so ever.

My mum also purchased some jewellery for me for my birthday from Abbott Lyon and honestly wow quality is insane, they are also on the pricey side too but I would rather purchase something that is going to last me a very long time and not tarnish what so ever.

I’ve honestly had jewellery from Shein that the quality is 1000x better than siwd, which says it all! I’ve never removed it, I’ve swam in the sea, showered, put false tan on, perfume the lot and it’s still top quality.

Although this is a slight negative review, siwd were helpful and sent me a refund within a few weeks time.

The worst customer service

This company are a complete nightmare to deal with. Awful customer service 12 weeks to deal with a complaint. They have made 5 failed empty promises to call.or email me back and nothing. Honestly would never recommend them you really do get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience when purchasing my wedding rings

I hadnt had the best experience in other jewellers looking at wedding rings so felt anxious to look again but knew I needed to as we get married in the summer. When we visited Say it with Diamonds in the Liverpool store it was such a different experience, Sharon welcomed us and left us to browse the store at our own leisure, something that hadnt happened in previous jewellers. When I was happy with a few choices Sharon sat us down, offered us drinks and we had a try on. She also suggested a few other options which to my surprise was one of the ones that I loved and have purchased. Sharon thankyou again for making this experience so enjoyable, you was so helpful and friendly.

Gorgeous ring purchased, great staff!

I would give less than 1* if I could.

My husband bought me a personalised necklace for Christmas. It arrived faulty (one of the names bent) not to mention the quality of the product is SHOCKING. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looks like it was bought in Argos in the 00’s

Complained to the team over a week ago (almost 2)….with a chaser email and absolutely zero response. I am not surprised after reading the reviews below.

Con artists! Shoddy workmanship and even worse customer service! Avoid !

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!! Absolutely disgusted with their…

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I ordered a mystery box and when it arrived the box was completely empty. I have sent over 15 emails now and I just keep getting a reply saying we will contact you within 72 hours, which they don’t. It’s been over two weeks now and still no reply. It’s absolutely disgusting and I cannot believe they’re allowed to get away with this. I am going to contact trading standards tomorrow . It’s the principal of the fact I am being ignored and also I have been conned.
I have been researching on different platforms if this is usual practice from them and it is. They are known for their bad customer service. I won’t ever purchase from this company again. I never leave bad reviews, it’s not what I am about. But I wanted to warn others of this problem. They’re a multi million pound company and all they care about it taking your money. Believe me I have researched how bad of a company they are now and I have read hundreds of nightmare stories from other customers. Some people are down but hundreds and hundreds of pounds and it’s just wrong.

This company doesn’t even deserve one…

This company doesn’t even deserve one star, absolutely diabolical customer service.

I placed an order on Black Friday, received no confirmation email but yet quick enough to take my money. I commented on one of their posts aswell as contacting them direct, when the same thing had happened to another person, the comments were deleted to try and stop any negative outlook on their company. I commented again, and yet again, ignored.

They wrote back once, how great of them, to ask my name and email address then since then nothing, I followed up, silence again.

They’re constantly still posting to gain my customers however what they should be doing is focusing on the customers they’ve got cause it seems there are a lot of unhappy dissatisfied customers from the reviews and comments on instagram.

I won’t be ordering from them again, which is shame, as I’ve supported their business from when they first started out, being local especially. Honestly, hoping and praying for the biggest downfall for their company and I don’t think it will take long.

Ordered 3 bracelets when parcel arrived…

Ordered 3 bracelets when parcel arrived there was 3 boxes but only 2 bracelets one of the boxes was empty. After emailing for 3 weeks still nothing from them so had to go into the shop who did ring the warehouse and the missing bracelet was sent out. But when it arrived its clearly a different colour almost has a yellow tinge to it, so back to the emails again. The customer service is disgusting 5 weeks down the line and they just blatantly ignore you i will never buy from this company again

Will never use this company again!!

Will never use this company again!!! My order arrived but was not what I ordered. Totally wrong order. Been emailing for over a week no reply. So made another order again to pick up in store. It has been a week and still haven't had a email to pick it up. No response to the 7 emails iv sent. They just don't care about their customers the reviews across every platform are shocking!!! They need to be reported to trading standards! There just ripping people off!

Purchased a pair of earrings as a valentines day present for my partner, broke within a couple of months so spoke to say it with diamonds regarding this, was told to send faulty item back and they would refund. Since this I've had 1 email saying they will pass it on to the refund department team, that was weeks ago and I've sent numerous emails with no response and I've also tried the contact numbers but the dial tone doesn't work. Absolutely shocking service and I'm £350 out of pocket

Returned a faulty item and received no refund or replacement

I ordered an item from this company and it broke within a few days. I followed their instructions to return it, hoping for a replacement or a refund. That was a month ago and since then, I’ve heard nothing regarding my return, despite the tracking number showing that the item was received.

I’ve sent multiple emails to follow up, but they have stopped responding, so now I’m out of pocket and I have no item either.

Customer Service Non Existent

As with previous bad reviews a terrible customer service from this place, we have returned a necklace via DPD as advised, the updates on DPD are still saying its in transit which it clearly isn't unless it's going to Pluto, and the email contact service is none existent as they don't respond so you will be hearing from my bank and getting the feedback you deserve all over social media, we will never use you again and will never recommend.

Where is my order

Where is my order? I ordered over 1 week ago. The DPD tracking has not updated in 8 days. I have sent 3 emails and also messaged on Instagram but received no response even though it states I will receive a response in up to 48 hours. The customer service is terrible. I wish I had read the reviews as the most recent ones say the same thing and no one ever responds!
