Love the jewellery you can get more funky pieces so they cater for any age, I buy for myself, family and friends. It’s easy to order in line and the staff in the shop are always lovely and very helpful, delivery always on time and keeps you updated, I would totally recommend shopping here.

Had a lovely experience in the shop with Rachael- she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up buying more than I initially came in for. Brilliant customer service.
The other lady working that day was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable browsing the products on display.

Ordered a bracelet for my friends birthday as she already had one she wanted it as a ‘stacker’ to build up a few.
The one I bought way bigger and even on the tightest setting was too big for her wrist.
I emailed politely to ask if I could swap for a smaller one and they declined! Didn’t even offer a refund. I have all packaging and receipts!
Dreadful customer service

I bought a gold star necklace from sayitwithdiamonds and it broke within a week of normal use (a star fell off) I let the company know and I haven't heard anything from them (I contacted them in June 24). Bad quality, awful service - I do not recommend.

Ordered a bracelet & charm for my daughter's birthday. Got a despatch email on the 20th Aug but the DPD tracking says they haven't received the parcel & status hasn't changed. You can only contact them by email - which I have done twice with NO RESPONSE!
It is now the 28th August & my daughter's birthday is tomorrow so she will be disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Fortunately I paid via Klarna for protection, have reported the problem & payment has been stopped so I am not out of pocket
