Jase Sanderson delivered an outstanding Emergency First Aid at Work training session. His teaching approach was clear, engaging, and highly effective, making it easy to absorb and retain the information presented.
What stood out most was his use of real-life examples and storytelling, which brought the material to life and reinforced how different emergency situations can arise. He clearly explained the signs and symptoms to look out for, and provided practical guidance on how to respond confidently and appropriately.
I feel I have gained a great deal from this training and now feel well-prepared and confident to assist in the event of a real emergency. I would highly recommend Jase as a trainer to anyone seeking high-quality first aid instruction.

I had a First Aid Course at Canterbury by St John’s ambulance trainers Mark jones and Selisha H-P , and it was the most informative and enjoyable course I’ve ever done, brilliants trainer’s a credit to the company

MHFA with Netty
I did my MHFA with Netty from the Chester (Liverpool) team. She is fantastic. So knowledgeable, friendly and her love just shines through.
What a privilege it was to meet her. She answers all questions without judgment and makes everyone feel comfortable from the second you meet her. She is so professional and you can really tell she loves what she does!

Day 1 with Ross was an absolute blast
Day 1 with Ross was an absolute blast on the First Aider course . Team was very interactive and was fun to get involved with.

Brilliant tutor
I must have been doing First Aid courses for coming up to 20 years now and today’s session hosted by Jason in Romford was the best FA session I’ve had. He made it so much more interesting, and went into further detail than what was required which added to the success of the day. It was a challenging session due to the heat and lack of air con but Jason managed to keep us all focused. I’d be very happy to have Jason as our tutor for future courses. Thank you!

Just attended a 3 day course at Lincoln…
Just attended a 3 day course at Lincoln which acted as a refresher for me and it was fantastic from start to finish and the instructor ( Gina Dyer ) was a first class teacher. An absolute credit to the St John’s Ambulance organisation
