Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the quality of products, noting that shoes often fell apart quickly, sometimes within days or a few months, with soles wearing out, linings peeling, and materials separating. Reviewers frequently felt that the products were not durable and did not live up to expectations, especially considering their price. Furthermore, people were consistently unhappy with the customer service, describing it as unhelpful and unresponsive. Some customers reported issues with staff walking off mid-service or being rude. While some reviewers found certain products comfortable initially, the prevailing sentiment was that the quality declined rapidly, leading to discomfort and disappointment.

Outstanding Sevice at Merry Hill Dudley

I went in just before Christmas with my 92 year-old mum who had bought a pair of boots that unfortunately when she got home didn’t fit as well as she hoped it was slightly outside the return period but the extremely helpful manager said under the circumstances and my mum‘s age, he would be happy to exchange. When we visited the store in Merryhill Dudley we met the manager who then introduced us to his staff who would be helping us by the names of Pavan and Cristiana. The girls were absolutely wonderful and took a lot of time to help my mum and myself choose another pair of shoes that she would be happy with. They went out of their way to check the fit and to make sure they were exactly what she wanted and needed, I would highly recommend going to this store For the customer service as it went over and beyond what I expected. Apologies for not posting the feedback sooner but Christmas came and went in time went by thank you again all the team.

I totally disagree

I totally disagree. I absolutely love the slip on feature. I’m in and out of the house often. I can’t say enough good about these shoes. I love my first pair so much. I went out and bought a second pair.

Skechers faced numerous lawsuits

Skechers faced numerous lawsuits in the early 2010s regarding their Shape-ups and Tone-ups toning shoes, with plaintiffs alleging the unique rocker-bottom design caused a variety of foot, ankle, and leg injuries, as well as other health problems.
The lawsuits claimed the shoes' design was defective and dangerous, leading to injuries for many consumers. Skechers was also accused of misleading advertising, promoting health benefits without sufficient medical proof.
While specific allegations of "bruising feet" were part of the broader claims of injuries, the core of the class-action litigation focused on the overall defective design and the company's unsubstantiated health claims. Skechers eventually settled a major class-action lawsuit for $40 million over the advertising claims made for the shoes.

Terrible Shoes and Patronising Customer Service!

My husband purchased a pair of 'Slip-Ons' the more expensive pair in the hope that they would be great quality and easy to wear, as they claimed. What the company forget to tell you is that after a few wears the heel padding will come away as the 'slip on' function is flawed and you will eventually take a chunk out of the heel part making the shoe unwearable. Then to add insult to injury Customer Service will give you a long list of reasons why the shoe can't possibly be faulty but it must be how the shoe was worn or the 'terrain' it was worn in. The last time I checked London is a perfectly safe flat area of land to walk on perhaps they mistook London for the Sahara Desert who knows, either way they did not want to accept fault or compensate us as they should with a refund. This is not the first time Skechers have performed badly but enough is enough I will not be wasting my money buying anything from them again. I am a woman of principle and self-respect. I would strongly advise you all to do the same. They are not cheap but definitely pure tat! Avoid Avoid Avoid! Plenty of other high quality brands to consider so do yourself a favour and invest in something worth it because YOUR FEET ARE WORTH IT!

Beyond bad

Beyond bad. This is the first time i bought a shoes whose plastic clutch jist broke within 2 weeks. I reported it and they refused to refund it because they use the fact that me as a tourist couldn't come back to the store in Penang, Malaysia. The shoes are 2 weeks old and their explanation they wont refund is because "signs of wear", .. yes I wore them 2 weeks it shouldn't look like it's bought today but It shouldn't BREAK WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
ABSOLUTELY the worst shoe experience i ever had. I wont give up on mu refund. This is a robbery. They are not cheap.

Rip off at the very least

Ordered slip in’s , appears they’re sourced from Belgium . Between Skechers and UPS I may have been subject to fraud . They have not arrived . As a pensioner I bought these for a relative and £82 is to me substantial. Either Skechers didn’t send them or if they did UPS have “lost” them ! Won’t put in Anglo Saxon what I really think of the pair of them . But, I’d suggest using a different business or buying via a physical store to avoid the crap I’ve suffered.

Poor quality American product trading…

Poor quality American product trading on a name, lost support inside of a season, don't keep out a light dew. They aren't cheap either.
You would be better buying cheap at TEMU, at least you wouldn't be disappointed. With a bit of luck they might even be better.

Skechers are so sketchy

Bought some boots as lightweight and comfortable but I never bought this brand. I got home and examined them more closely, made in China and such poor quality glue virtually separated as I pressed on it. So I went back to store and paid a little more to exchange lousy skechers for quality stitched snow boots. Skechers are the worst quality I ever found. Never again.

Don’t trust them anymore guys

Basically I made an order online for some work shoes on the Black Friday weekend sale, and they, I just found out late last night cancelled it, so I called them and they claimed that the code I used was invalid when it actually worked and gave me the discount and took money out the account right? So that happened and I’m pretty sure they refunded it but I’m not mad at that! What I’m so furious about is these shoes I been needing for a while and they SO WERE ADVERTISING 50 PERCENT OFF when I called them they lied and said they weren’t giving 50 percent off over Black Friday weekend! So I’m so mad cause I work 40 hours a week on my feet and NEED THESE SHOES CAUSE MINE ARE STARTING TO WEAR OUT! So like I’m just so angry that they took money out my account and approved the order and then went back on their word it’s so not cool! And my feet hurt so really bad from working not only that I been sick for the past week so I’m not even going to get a pay check this next Friday so hell I can’t afford to pay freaking 100 dollars for a pair of these shoes right now and I just thought I was gonna finally be able to stop my feet from hurting at work I’m even back at work this week and I’m not entirely better either but I HAVE to work! They literally just wanted to give me 30 percent off a “one time deal” to try and make up for it! It’s not right, never in my life have I ordered from a company using a discount code that worked and then the company comes up behind me and stabs me in the back by canceling my order without even notifying me or my mother! Like she depends on me to work and help her make bill payments and stuff I haven’t been able to the past week and it’s really putting a financial struggle on us! I think they lost too much money on Black Friday and that’s why they are screwing me over! It Xmas too man! Like who does this shit around Xmas time! And I didn’t find this out till a week later when the shoes should’ve been here! They need to honor it I mean freaking they took money out of the freaking account! When a code is t supposed to work it doesn’t go through!

Change the return process!!!!

I have been a fan of Skechers for many years until today.
I need to return a recent purchase and when I went to the local shipping store I was told I have to go to an official UPS store because this store couldn't scan the QR code. I know this sounds like I should be upset with the shipping store but I think the problem lies with Skechers because they won't let me print a return label like Amazon does instead they give a QR code that needs to be scanned by a UPS store associate. I live in a rural area and that's not easy for me to do.

buy..keep the receipt. 1 year warranty

in the first month the front end separated from the body..I had to glue it together..
today..1.12.25 went to shop.
was told 1 year warranty..
not want refund but a quality product..
had a closer look and the trainer is separate itself from the inner side of right foot..
I have sent 2 emails to skechers..
looks like fast manufacturing to save in cost and overheating the rubber..so is flaking away upon touch and separateing from the joints...
for £100 I expect better..
might as well buy from primark better trainers and add insoles from tiktok..

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered for delivery to a YEEP locker - no code provided. Both Skechers and UPS were complete morons and did not help one little bit - UPS emailed to advise the parcel was being redelivered, whilst Skechers advised a refund had been processed!

BF rip-off

BF rip-off. They email you 30% off and you find it applies to about 1% of their product range. What a waste of your time.
