As they promote them as the most comfortable running shoes, I stand behind every word. I tested them in running and daily wear, for me the most comfortable sneakers I’ve worn.

Ive bought 3 different shoes from skechers, one had too high heel which started causing pain in my ankle after a while and i never noticed it was the shoes cause it went away after using others, one summer sneakers went uncomfortable after just few times wearing, one so called water repellent shoes are not so waterproof,just after first use in rain the water went thru, i guess its just unfair marketing with choice of those words, even the so called arch fit sneakers i tried in store felt weird and uncomfortable.
Poor quality
Poor quality! The soles fall apart easily. The shoes are expensive, yet the quality feels cheap. The pair we bought from Skechers fell apart within a few months. We’ve tried other brands like Nike and Adidas, and they usually last for years. Not recommended. If you want something worth your money, choose other brands instead of Skechers.

I tried very hard but couldn’t find the same comfort in other brands, when it comes to running. Take famous brands, like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, still none of them could get close to my sketchers. I know I share an unpopular opinion, but my running experience was so soft, so supporting that finally I just rebought the same model, after my disappointment with other brands to reach this level:)

There is nothing worse than an online service who will not get the basics right. Example, shoe size as per the customers order. Then, you’re left having to run around fixing their failure and at further cost to yourself.
I bought a pair of shoes from Skechers website.
I bought a pair of shoes from the Skechers website. They were slip ons and very comfortable. They cost me $54. I wore them starting in September of last year. I noticed after about 5 months of wearing them that the tip of the shoe was coming unglued! This should not happen after 5 months! I’m 72 so I’m not running marathons in these shoes.
I brought them to the Skechers store and tried to return them for credit at least. They informed me that they don’t take returns at their store in Warwick.
My next step was to contact Customer Service at Skechers. I was thinking l had to send the shoes to them with me paying the postage. Someone there would determine if it was faulty manufacturing or not. I asked them if they would send them back to me and they said no! So I complained louder!
Another Customer Service Rep emailed me asking for pictures of the shoes, all sides, top and bottom, and they must be clean. I also had to include what I paid for them, order number and my contact information. I did as asked.
I got another email about a day after the previous one. I was told that they were sending me a prepaid label I could use to send back the shoes. I noticed on their webpage that the style of shoe I ordered was no longer available so what happens now?
The representative told me that they’d find me a pair if possible. I asked what would happen if they couldn’t. Could they at least fix my shoe? The representative said that they don’t do that. I asked if they would send me back my shoes at least if they weren’t defective. They said that they don’t do that either!!
So what exactly do they do? I know what they don’t do. They don’t make it easy for the customer to return something for obviously being defective. And, they don’t send your shoes back if they aren’t believed to be defective. And they don’t give you credit for the shoes that were obviously manufactured poorly! I’m 72! I don’t ride a bike anymore and scrape the toes of my shoes!!
I’ve bought other things from them recently that haven’t lasted even a year! Sandals? They lasted one summer!
So people, if you’re looking for a really cool and comfortable sandal or shoe that will last maybe 5 or 6 months and you don’t care about what you spend, then order from Skechers! They’re your right fit!
Terrible shoe quality and awful customer service
I wish I could give Sketchers a zero star or even less as one star rating can’t describe my frustration of the experience I had with them.
Purchased a pair of shoes at full price (despite model being new) for my son to use for his school from Chatswood branch in Sydney. In less than two months shoe fell apart. I thought the shoe was made out of paper as the way the shoe was damaged was just unbelievable!! When I showed them to their branch, they claimed shoes being used improperly hence damaged!!! I escalated to their customer service team and they came back with the same assessment!!
My son has used multiple shoes and using more than one for his school at the moment. Never seen any shoe of any brand to show this level of poor quality in just less than two months!!!

Returned to find a £70 refund, but still charged £6.95 for the post? Rang Sketchers, "there was an issue".
I have been refunded the postage for the thing that was never sent.

honestly skechers are super comfy, like walking on clouds fr 😭 got a pair few weeks ago n been wearin them almost everyday. they’re light, soft inside, and fit perfectly even after long walks. the cushioning is crazy good, my feet don’t hurt at all. plus they look clean n simple, go well with any outfit. honestly didn’t expect them to be this good

Extremely disappointed with Skechers UK. My wife had a serious fall when her Skechers shoes stuck to our dry kitchen tiles, throwing her into the air and into the washing machine. The injuries were painful and frightening.
We reported this to Skechers, who appointed a Loss Adjuster (Chris) to investigate. During this time, I also submitted an FOI request to find out how many other customers had reported similar issues. Online reviews revealed many people experiencing the same traction problem with these shoes — deeply concerning for a brand that promotes comfort and safety.
After months of communication, we agreed on a £600 compensation for the pain and suffering caused. However, despite repeated follow-ups, Skechers UK has not made the payment or provided any explanation.
This experience has shown a complete lack of dignity, transparency, and care for customer wellbeing. Skechers UK seems happy to ignore legitimate injury claims rather than taking responsibility.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend Skechers UK.
Consumers, please be cautious — check reviews before purchasing, and report any similar incidents to Trading Standards or the relevant consumer protection bodies.

Poor Fit and Misleading Return Policy
Really disappointed with this purchase and the in-store experience.
The display pair I tried was probably a wide fit or just larger, so I unknowingly ended up with a tighter version in the same size. The left shoe is too narrow and causes pain on the side of my foot (near the bone).
When I went back to two stores closer to my home, I got mixed advice — some staff said to keep wearing them to see if they become more comfortable, while another said that once the shoes have been worn, even for 30–60 minutes, they can’t be replaced. Now I’ve been told they won’t accept a return, even though I only wore them indoors for less than an hour.
I admit it’s partly my fault for not being more careful, but the “30-day return policy” feels misleading. It doesn’t really help customers once the shoes have been briefly tested.
Some shoes may slip on wet floors, feel hard in some areas, and other Skechers I’ve owned have worn out after only six months ( at least was outlet price 59$, not 159$).
Overall, poor quality and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Hey everyone, I just wanna give you guys a heads up. I was dealing with sketchers on a pair of shoes. I got a year ago as defects happen before the year. I just let it go, but the defects started getting worse on both shoes and when I try to deal with the warranty thing, I had to find my receipt as they don’t use bank statements I finally found the receipt it was over the year And then Skechers said because it’s over the year we cannot do nothing for you as a consumer they should have better understanding as to find a receipt that’s about a year. It’s harder to find if they don’t like to look at the bank statement so for my shoes at first, they sent me an email saying to go to the store and get them to look at it all so they could do the warranty as I did. Send it all in but you gotta go to the skechers.com Not the.ca for the warranty thing as the receipt was held up on the .ca now they say we can’t do the warranty so for all consumers be aware of their faults
Abysmal customer service
I placed an order 4 weeks ago which hasn’t been received. They have refunded 50% of the order, but not the remaining 50%. There is no phone number to contact them and emails are not replied to.

If someone interrupts with a query they respond and walk off with that customer. So left wondering if they get commission and are balancing which customer is going to spend more.
