Really bad packaging for the price !!
Good but I payed 180£ on ski gloves and it was packaged horribly no protection you would of thought that you pay 180 and get some good protection in the package

Hello Henry. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging of your gloves.
Gloves never come into us in a cardboard box, just in a poly bag.
Although we know we could put every pair of gloves we send out in a box we do not feel that that this is an ecological option and prefer to send out all gloves in a strong poly bag, which we know in itself is not ecological but seems in our minds the best option.
We also feel that for the same reasons we should not wrap the glove in bubble wrap.
Again apologies for your disappointment.

I was looking for this helmet for a while and no store had it and then I found that ski bartlett has it so I bought it and I did send an email before buying so I have 100% surety but as I can see I didn’t. I’m so so disappointed:(( and I could have the same helmet for free but I really wanted the white-black one

Great service
We turned up one Saturday without an appointment to fit race boots for my daughter. We knew it was a risk but we needed them quickly so figured we could just grab similar ones to her old ones if needs be. As luck would have it, one of the servers had 30 mins free and couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. Really appreciated their help as did my daughter’s feet! Can’t recommend them enough

Delivery was very good
Delivery was very good, service was great. I asked if they can drill the skis for me as I already have my own bindings, and they did a really professional job. So happy. I bought the skis on Saturday and it was delivered on Thursday, in time for me to get on the slops for park night.
