Not all included parts shipped.
The helmet I ordered did not ship with the included chin bar as stated in the description. No reply after emailing when inquiring about a partial credit or to have the part shipped to me. I bought the part from another store, extra $ spent.

Hello Mark. This was sent to North America from England and this is the amount that US customs decided they needed to charge and is absolutely extortionate for an item only costing £25 and shown as that on the invoice.
We fully understand your response but this is solely down to US customs and is completely out of our control.

They had the skis I wanted at a good price. The ordering process was straightforward and included information about the bindings fixing. I rang with a query and they were very helpful. And the skis arrived 2 working days later.

The place to go if your into ski racing. Amazing people who truly do support the young ski races.
They offer great insights into what you need and what you done and when you should progress onto more advanced gear.
More special to me is they support ersa and have volunteers who coach at local ski clubs and bring that knowledge to recommend the right gear.
The negatives
It can be be more pricing compared to outlets
It would be great if they offered stared bundles for ski services as it's too confusing when you do not know what you need ( however if you talk to them they will give you great advice)
