No replies to emails enquiring about the shipping or the VAT refund that is due.
Three phone calls to shop seem to be helpful, but ultimately of no effect.
Extremely frustrating shop to do business with.

Wasted money
Overall the website has variety of ski equipment which is good. but after payment was made, I have received an email told me I can't have the ski I have ordered because it's not available and gives me refund.
But what I actually received was $100 AUD less than what I have paid. I just felt I have forked out money, but received nothing. And have to spend time to look for the ski elsewhere.
