Excellent service

Excellent service. Skip arrived same day as booking and collected same day as advised was full (the next day). Friendly driver and very helpful. Recommended.

Great interaction during booking but…

Great interaction during booking but not with pick up and drop off... Mixed messages. I needed the skips turned around quickly as I had contractors on site. Booking service said they would try and turn around as fast as possible.... Skip operator stated they had had no such request. Cost me more than 1 Day

Not a happy person

Went online for a quote happy with the quote asked if they could call me back on my lunch break so I could pay for it. THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. started a new quote next day. TYEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. So they don't want my money I'll go else where with it

shocking

I looked up the company over the weekend, requested a call back on Tuesday- had direct contact on Wednesday where they took immediate payment over the phone. I received an invoice and confirmation via email on the Wednesday and since then it has been radio silence. The phone line is dead and no response to emails- and I intend to pursue this via by banks debit card fraud department. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Arranged for am delivery a few days in…

Arranged for am delivery a few days in advance. On the day no delivery by 3pm, chased a few times after them not getting back to me. Eventually was assured drop off first thing the following day, I called at 11am asking where it was. Finally turned up before lunch.

The company has excellent customer…

The company has excellent customer service agents, but there is 1 drawback. I booked online which was a very easy and simple process. The website then told me that I would get a call from them the next day. I actually called them because I had another question and they confirmed the booking, but said they would call me back within 24 hours to take payment and confirm that we could have the skip on the day we asked for.
After 3 days I had heard no more so called again and all my details were on the system, I was told I would get a call in 30 minutes to take the card payment and then for a further 2 days I still did not get any calls. Finally after I phoned them the 3rd time, they were able to call me back and confirm everything and also took payment.

This did not cause me any issues on site as I was booking this skip up 2 weeks ahead of time anyway.

The skip arrived on the day stated and was exactly as expected. We have not had it collected yet, but I don't envisage that being a problem.

If they can deliver on their "phone you back" promises then it will take this company from good to great.
