Was a bit surprised adviser came out to "front of shop" as we were leaving and asked me to check when £20k in ISA could be available. Expected adviser not to discuss amounts in front of counter staff. Fortunately no other customers or I would have expressed my anger.

I had a request for some statements from an old account that I thought was going to be a nightmare to access as I no longer knew my account number or had access to the app. the agent was amazing, helped while I provided other ways to prove my identity and then got me the info I needed. Cant thank them enough.

my father passed away 17 months ago and put his trust in skipton trustees letters and phone calls were ignored on hold on phone for over 60 minutes still no nearer probate bieng granted and no answers as to why please do not take out a will with these people go to a local soliciter instead save yourself the stress and anxiety that we have gone thru this was a straight forward will that should have been completed 1 year ago

I just wanted to download the interest certificate by my online account but it is not possible to do it from online account! One has to do it on their App. I had to make a call for getting the certificate. In my opinion, it's very poor and backward service. Needs to catchup with the morden ways.

On trying to Log in I was asked…
On trying to Log in I was asked personal chosen questions, unfortunately these were not the questions I had chosen on Registration. For example I was asked the maiden name of my grandmother which I did not and do not know. Gave up and invested £20,000 with another bank with slick application forms. My advice would be for a senior management individual to try to get through registration and application. Failing that, ask a group of sixth formers to try.
