No response on orders

No response on orders. Do not keep anything in stock and will not respond to your contacts. Same issues as everyone else. Wish i would have read this first!

Complete mess with shipping &…

Complete mess with shipping & inventory. No customer service.
Please do not buy from this seller. Placed an order almost a month ago. They shipped items marked as out of stock but another one (which according to the web site was in stock) still not shipped. And yes, phone call always ends with a message that no agents available so no way to contact them. I wish I knew this firsthand....

Laughing at the sheer audacity

I ordered some cross-country skis. Got a killer deal. Somebody whanged the package during shipping and the tails on two of the four delaminated. Simple mistake, I figure, but could have been avoided with a few cents worth of foam. I emailed them about it, and six days later I'm wondering if I'll hear back.

I called today during business hours, spent about 10 minutes on hold. Sure, makes sense, there's a viral pandemic on. After a while, they start giving me the option to press 1 to have a rep call me back when one's available. I pick that.

A minute later, they called me back. IT WAS A ROBOT CALLING TO SAY NOBODY WAS THERE TO CALL ME BACK 😂😂😂. 10/10, I'm still laughing at this.

Guess I'll try epoxying these skis myself. Still got a nice discount. We were saving up to buy some skis at a local shop, but then my hours got cut when COVID hit.

God bless the workers who have to deal with customers after the Skis.com robot prank calls them, if there are any during the pandemic. I actually hope their workers have all quit and are thriving as they spend their labor within their communities and watch the death throes of the consumer economy from a safe distance.

50/50 isn't good enough.

First bought pair of skis in and came slow but they showed up as advertised. Ordered ski carrying case nothing Should have been here November 17th still no show. Will not answer phone, return emails. Should have read reviews.

COMPLETE FRAUD

Complete scam. Ordered my skis 10/3/20. When my skis didn’t come on the 18th, when it was scheduled to come, I called customer service just for them to tell me my order was canceled. I had no alert or notice that my order was canceled. Placed my order on the 18th again. Said my skis were supposed to ship today the 28th then the 2nd of December, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and now the 12th. Called customer service 3 times now to see whats wrong and have gotten a different answer every time. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMERS!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! 25 min hold. No response to calls. No response to 3 emails. No response to customer service calls to get a return authorization number. Fake reviews on their Google Ad !!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE

Skis billed my account, did not ship the product.

I made a purchase from Skis. They sent an order confirmation, billed my PayPal account. They did not ship the product. They did not respond to emails or chat messages requesting tracking information. When I finally talked to a customer service person, she told me the item is out of stock. She said my account was not billed and put me on hold. No one answered.

THE WORST NOT TRUSTWORTHY

DO NOT BOTHER!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Ordered a jacket, Aug 19th and then didn't hear anything for 2 months, called multiple times, and to finally call again and have them send me an email, saying they sold out after almost 3 months of no answers. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered a backordered helmet on 9/20/20…

Ordered a backordered helmet on 9/20/20 that was supposed to ship on 9/28/20 but never did. I contacted the manager "Rick" twice to see what the hold up was. Both times he told me it was in stock and would be shipping. Fast forward 9 days later and my helmet has not shipped and I have not been contacted by anyone regarding my order. Worst sporting goods company I have ever dealt with.

STAY AWAY!

Skis.com Implosion

I ordered a Sweet Protection Helmet and pair of Uggs at a discount....too good to be true. Called a couple times and have "in the dark" call center folks lying on behalf of the company about glitches. Skis.com Exec Team and CEO should be ashamed for leading an immoral marketing scam. I get skis.com emails daily dangling deals. I've unsuccessfully unsubscribed multiple times. What a sham of a company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a product online and the orders status was at "processing" for 7 days. So I finally reach out only to be told there was a glitch and they didn't actually have the product I ordered. Offered no way to fix it and basically acted like they did not care. Worst customer service I have had in a long time.

I ordered bindings on the 9/6 and they…

I ordered bindings on the 9/6 and they currently say they are being processed. They said they would be delivered by 9/24 - I've contacted customer service multiple times via email, phone, and facebook. NOTHING!!! They give you the option to get a call back and the phone calls back and atomically hangs up on you... This is insane!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever

I cancelled an order for ski boots after waiting for over a month with no status updates on whether or not the order had even been filled, let alone shipped. Communication regarding the issue was non-existent unless I (the customer) drove it. I can understand delays but to leave a person completely in the dark on a $500 order for over a month is ridiculous. Especially when Skis.com sends me an e-mail regarding new items on sale every single day. Perhaps the company could focus on filling older orders before asking customers to create new ones.

Terrible Service

I order my product over a month ago, still have not received it. Called numerous times and they keep saying they are having issues with their shipping system. I have never seen a company that takes over a month to implement a new system. Who knows if I will ever get my purchase at this point. The employees have no idea whats going on, but keep telling me it will ship this coming Friday, or Monday at the latest...I have surpassed many Mondays and Fridays. Buyer beware.

WORST SKI SITE ON THE WEB

Terrible web site in general and even worst costumer service. Could not even make a purchase and the staff cant solve the simplest issue or wont.....
Terrible attitude from Rick, when I asked him to speak to the manager, he told me he was the manager....
I buy a lot online and this is by far the worst establishment I have come across in a very long time.
Would not recommend to anyone for any reason. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE unless you are looking for a truly terrible shopping experience

sketchy customer service

Ordered a jacket, arrived in a timely manner. Wrong size, fault of my own. Tried writing them an email through their CS address, no answer. Called them, sat in a cue for a while, they gave the option of auto callback. Auto callback was literally just that...a robot telling me that there’s no one available to call me back, and then it hung up. Awesome.
