Loving the Crusher ANC 2 headphones
Loving the Crusher ANC 2 headphones. The tile integration and Spotify features are an awesome bonus! I am really stoked on the upgrades from the original crusher wireless. Having the ability hotkey each button is amazing.

I bought their Push Activate buds a year ago and a few months in, one of the earbuds stopped working.
I was able to return them and get my replacement but the same happened again.
They stopped working after I started going on walks, runs and to the gym with them, I think excessive movement might have been the cause for it not to work but for €60, they shouldn't break so easily.

Great customer service support!
I had a great experience with Ben at SkullCandy customer service! I was having some issues with my headphones, and Ben was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, efficient, and really knew his stuff. He made the process easy and stress-free. I’m grateful for the support I received and highly recommend reaching out if you need assistance!

Never had a poor experience
Had to reach out to skullcandy customer support due to a warranty return gone wrong (nothing to do with skullcandy) and had an amazing experience. Love the company and the products, never had a bad experience

I called SkullCandy HQ because I was having trouble figuring out my ear buds. Benji was able to sort me out and didn’t make me feel like a dummy when we realized it was totally my user error. These things are SIIICK!

Website is so glitched and honestly just atrocious🤣🤣 website said “use the code BASS4BOO now to save 40% off” and the code was working fine and discounted the headphones I was trying to order… but as soon as I went to put the code in again and pay for them it was saying it was now an invalid code??? Absolute scam and just try to get as much money out of people as they can for their overpriced headphones. I warned them I will be leaving a poor review as I have been trying to order me a new pair through their website all night and I have just been messed about , in the end I ended up finding the exact same pair for £90 on amazon instead of the £170 they was trying to charge🤣 absolute bafoons.

Warranty claim
I emailed about a warranty claim and within that same day, they emailed me back. The claim was quick and easy to understand. Thank you to Rhyan B for being very kind and taking his time. Best service I've had quite some time

Bought my autistic daughter smokin' buds because she likes to listen to waterfall music while sleeping and the reason I chose them was because it says 20 hour battery life. Fully charged them when I bought them from Argos and she wore them for 4 hours and the battery went down to 40%. Charged them again the next night and exactly the same. I'm taking them back for a refund. I'm just glad I didn't order from Skullcandy after reading all the bad customer services and complaints. I should of read these before purchasing the £1 shop rubbish things.

Poor customer service
Ordered some Sesh ANC Active earbuds on the 16th Jan and they've yet to arrive, it's now 30th Jan. Tried emailing Skullcandy on the 27th Jan, but still no response.
Money has been taken, but order not received.

Headphone ear cushions
My headphones still work well but the ear cushions are badly worn. The 1 year warranty period has expired so I cannot request replacement of the headphones. I was disappointed that SkullCandy cannot provide replacement ear cushions. However they were able to offer a generous discount if I choose to buy replacement headphones.

Poor Earbud design and poor customer service
1. They asked me to post a POSITIVE review if I was satisfied. Surely this is biased and makes Trustpilot far less objective or representative of SkullCandy users?
2. Their response was very slow, and it took many emails for their Customer Services to actually answer my query. It seems they have a range of standard responses, and they were nothing to do with my question! They didn't actually read and process what I was asking. Poor.
3. The design is restrictive and does not allow for any flexibility in the retainers to suit different ear sizes and shapes, so the buds don't fit properly.

ANC 2's are perfect, eventually the customer service came up to match it.
Usually I'd never spend more than £50 on a set of headphones but I decided to check out the ANC 2s based on a reasonable price tag and the reviews.
I won't be going back to my old purchasing habits anytime soon. The ANC 2s have been fantastic the noise cancellation making even the worst office environment peaceful to work in.
Sound Quality: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The sound quality is phenomenal. The ANC is super effective, blocking out all the background noise, rush hour commuting, working in a busy office, it really doesn't matter where you are, they really do cancel out everything. Must to the wife annoyance.
Pairing it up with app allows you to set up a personalise profile which actually does make a diference. Overall the sound quality could not be matched.
Comfort: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The fit is incredibly comfortable, having used them for office hours on a daily basis.
Battery Life: 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Quick charging and a single charge lasts for days. Which is more than needed but an excellent feature.
Unfortunately after 14 months there was an issue with my first pair not taking any charge. This is likely to be one off fault, which I appreciate happens otherwise it would have been five starts.
Customer Service: 🌟🌟🌟
After initially having a issue with customer services around the ability to return the product, it was eventually resolved by Paola C who quickly ensured a replacement was issued.
The main problem here was not the way in which the customer service reps tried to help, it was their inability to deviate from their script and a warranty policy that makes no reference to UK consumer rights returns. This is likely due to their live chat team being outsourced to a third party (vipdesk) who will be restricted in what they can authorise.
To avoid complaints in the future, I would suggest that consumer rights return policy is implemented, and or the ability to issue shipping labels / offer a free returns address for approved returns.
Overall I'd have given the individuals, Paola C and Rhyan five stars for taking the time to actually read and understand my issue, but the initial adviser lacked the ability to swiftly resolve or progress the issue.
Had the same level of service from Poala C been given on the first contact, this would easily been a five star review.
Overall: 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I'm thrilled with them and despite the issue after 14 months I cant say id be swayed to go to anyother brand. If you're looking for high-quality, comfortable headphones with excellent noise cancellation, the Skullcandy ANC 2 is definitely worth it and if they take onboard feedback, there's no reason this wouldn't be a five star review.
If you've got this far, your spending to much time reviewing it, just buy it there's always a returns window, but you won't need it.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. When the first headset I ordered was out of stock, I ordered another. Which we have kept. The cancelled order was then sent to me. I have been trying to return it and get a refund ever since.
They do not treat their customers well and their so called customer service is a disgrace. They refuse to call me to resolve the situation when I've practically begged for this. Their emails very much read like scams and nothing they say regarding my return and refund makes any sense. I have been trying to resolve this for almost 7 weeks now and it is causing me a lot of stress.
I have wondered if the company is in trouble, why wouldn't they allow my return and issue a refund....?
I will never order from Skullcandy nor will my friends and family. It is disgusting that they treat their customers this way.

Everyone of their products is always faulty
I own four Skullcandy headphones and earphones, and all of them have had one issue or another. But the latest issue should have been something that was fixable. The headphone cuff has come off and I sought advice an how to reattach the PU leather and the cuff back to the headphones, but they refuse to tell me how to do that. There is no point wasting an expensive set of headphones that could still have years of use left in them

Poor customer service
On the 2nd og January 2025, I contact skillcandy to cancel yhe above order 404021196. This was because I have a £70 voucher that I was trying to pay with on my phone, but my bank card went through instead. I received an email that someone will be in contact, but no o e has since then. I kept chasing this up for someone to contact me. The customer service does not exist for skullcandy, easy for people to buy a product but not receiving help and support. This show it is a company that care to take from people but do not care once they've taken your money

Bought the Rail ANC earbuds that are faulty and can't return
Bought the Rail ANC earbuds. Within a couple of week I started having issues. Then a few months later one of them stopped working or would work, crackle then stop again. Kept having other issues too and they kept disconnecting. I tried to claim via warranty but their was issues when trying.
I tried again before it ran out and got sent a barcode etc that I needed to print off and put inside the parcel to send with my earbuds.
Apparently I also have to pay for recorded return postage with insurance as skullcandy don't cover lost or damaged parcels if you send it to them.
1st problem is I don't have a printer.
2nd I am too ill (bad mobility and ill health) so cannot go to the nearest library to print this off. A return slip should be included in the parcel. Not many people have their own printers these days.
3rd when an item is faulty it shouldn't be on the customer to pay postage and insurance to return it. A return slip should be included on the paperwork with my order. Many companies do this why can't you.
Due to my very limited budget I cannot afford to send it. Plus I have no way of printing off the barcode you say is required to send the parcel. You shouldn't need to print off a barcode to put inside the parcel to return a faulty item. You should have something on the order slip you receive with your order that you fill in and put inside the return parcel. The items/products cost enough money to have this included in it.
Unfortunately my very very restricted budget and with me having no way to get to the library to print off a stupid barcode to put in the parcel I can't return the parcel. If printing and putting the barcode wasn't required I could've don't a home pick up for postage.
But your stupid rules required to return something means only able bodied people who can get to a printer can return an item.
Also if someone doesn't have spare budget to spend on postage plus insurance means I cannot send the parcel.
And according to your customer services, their is absolutely no way around this. Abit discriminatory if you ask me.
So now I have some expensive earbuds that don't work that I can't return and customer services don't seem to care. Bet they would if it was them in my situation.

Should have stuck with beats
These were my first Skullcandy headphones, I normally use beats or my AirPods. I needed new headphones and wanted to try skullcandy. The sound was good, the quality was nice. The muffs are a little smaller than I’m use to but wasn’t too bad. The issue was noise leaking, it’s honestly ridiculous I would never use these outside. Even turned down they still leak sound & for that reason I’d never purchase skullcandy again and gave these to my son. I’m glad I only paid £60 in sale for them. I purchased the Skullcandy Icon ANC On-Ear Wireless Headphones.
Added 9th January l. Hello, They was purchased from HMV & have already been returned as not even my son wanted them.

Big mistake buying from their own…
Big mistake buying from their own store, do not buy from their website, I ordered Dec 8, 15 days already, i got an email that parcel is expected to received on Dec 23 upon purchased, but the tracking number provided was not updated since then, it only says Label created and the items was not handed yet by the seller. I contacted every customer service that I could find but no response. There is no way I can cancel the order, and the refund policy allows you to refund 14 days from purchase and they deliberately stated the parcel is expected on the 15th day of purchase, sounds dodgy? Where to properly contact the UK customer service?
