Awful evening - promised a refund but now getting the silent treatment!

Went to the Tobacco docks venue for my birthday and it was awful.

Staff didn’t know what was going on and I spent more time going back and forth between them than I actually spent with my friends, the ice skating was full for the majority of the evening and meant we only got 15 mins (if that) on the ice despite having pre paid, food was cold and inedible (plus took over 1.5 hours to arrive after we ordered it and meant the kitchen was shut when I complained).

I was promised a refund by staff on the night but now I’m being ignored over email.

Super unprofessional and would definitely not recommend wasting your money here.
