after the initial, issues of not getting timely response then things went very well. /Appreciated Bella looking into the variety of opitons i needed to consider and trying to tie my ticket in wiht my wifes. It was to bad that could not be arranged for a reasonable price so my wifes ticket was not purchased through sky lux travel.

Another SkyLux Disappointment
Three days ago, I wrote an unfavorable review about SkyLux Travel (regarding waiting 87 days and failing to get reimbursed for a flight from Beirut to Los Angeles that my wife and I were unable to take because the U.S. Government warned Americans not to travel to Beirut after we had already purchased our tickets).
I was excited when they responded promptly with a wish to investigate my complaint and resolve the issue. I received a code number and a message to contact them via email.
I followed their suggestions, but unfortunately SkyLux has not communicated with me again.
The response on Trustpilot looks great to the reader who assumes SkyLux is going to make things right (as my wife and I also thought), but the lack of response from SkyLux is rubbing salt in our wounds.
I can't adequately express how disappointed I am with SkyLux, and I hope by writing about our experience, I can help at least one other person who might be tempted to use SkyLux's services.
I do not recommend SkyLux, and if you do use their services anyway, do not buy travel insurance as my wife and I did. They are experts at pointing out how whatever you buy does not qualify for coverage.
