Cons: payment site is cumbersome, too many add-ons to decline. Not user-friendly. Having to have repeated phone calls vs online payment alone makes for a time-consuming experience. If there are errors with the payment form (which I had to complete 4 times), I expect skylux to honor the price and any revisions needed should the need arise.
