.If at first you dont succeed try and try again
Ive had a bad experience with your company before. But this trip was so confusing for me I decided to give you another try. I was lucky enough to get Arman . He was very helpful and courteous. The whole experience was very pleasant and The flights were great along with the price. I will certainly use Arman again.

I inquired about a flight but decided…
I inquired about a flight but decided not to book, so I stopped responding. Instead of respecting that, the agents continued calling and emailing me nonstop. It got to the point where I had to block their numbers. Then I started receiving messages from different numbers asking, "Why aren't you answering?" and "Have you blocked me?"
Even after I clearly replied that I was not interested, I now have multiple agents contacting me every day by phone and email. This level of persistence feels like harassment. A company should respect a customer's decision instead of refusing to take no for an answer.
I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.
