The delivery driver was helpful but one issue I had was that I was notified the day prior to delivery and it was just by luck that I was at home.

Ordering was very easy but after that no communication on delivery etc. I was out and got a call from a delivery driver i have your slabs i will be with you in 15 mins !!!!! I was 40 mins away so had to ask the driver just to leave them and lucky for me he did just that . So an update from Sladegardens the night before would have helped.

Very easy to order and quick delivery
Everything from start to finish was so easy , ordering was easy navigating the website was easy,when I placed my order shoppay put down the wrong delivery address so I contacted slades expecting not to hear back from them for at least 24 hours but they responded within an hour and changed the address for me straight away . The slabs themselves arrived within 3 days and they are perfect !

I made a second purchase from Slades and following feedback to them regarding the issues with my first delivery it could not have gone better
Special thanks to Jess in the office who stayed in contact with me over email and made sure that I was updated on the delivery schedule and the driver was great too
As for the Cotswold patio slabs; I am very pleased with them

Delivery not good
The website and ordering were fine no problem. Delivery not so good, was expecting an email with a delivery day and time. Never received it or a phone call to say they were on their way, luckily there was someone in.

Paving slabs
Ordered some paving slabs were delivered earlier than expected which was good . Unfortunately when the pack was opened a couple of the slabs were broken I emailed customer service and got a refund for the broken slabs within 3 days . Very good customer service and slabs were cheaper than elsewhere . Would definitely use again .
