Large Nitrile Gloves

They sent me Large Nitrile Gloves when I ordered Medium. Have failed to respond completely to my proof of incorrect item supplied. Asked to send correct item and sent photographic proof of wrong item. Take them days to respond.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Purchased via Amazon

Ordered 4 packets of Ocean Spray Dried…

Ordered 4 packets of Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries (1,36kg each) from Slamtech via Amazon. I have not received the order despite contacting the company through Amazon..

I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to ordering. I have now requested a refund from Slamtech and await their response.

Item not received then relisted at inflated prices

Parcel didn't arrive..no response from slamtech just standard autobot reply customer service will get back to you except they didn't
..good job for an Amazon intervention a to z finally refunded. Item appears on their own website with a 3.5 x price hike. Toilet rolls £69.99. I ordered them at £22. Did not arrive. Royal mail tracking states never received in their system. Told them I was reporting them to ACA and they later removed the item from their website. I have screenshots though if ACA want evidence. I have noticed they have items listed as fulfilled by Amazon via prime so if Amazon dispatched customers should receive product but I didn't realise I had ordered them directly thus they scammed me. I wrote to them via a different email address asking why their pricing was so high and they blamed the pandemic. They listed some really silly prices such as £18 for one bottle of carex. I reported this to Amazon and they didn't even take the listings down. I would advise not to purchase direct from this company as orders fulfilled by Amazon will be rectified. Luckily I got my £22 back via Amazon A to Z but it was still stressful as I had to purchase elsewhere in the meantime.

Avoid

With regret I have no choice but to conclude that this is a scam. Item never received, emails left unanswered, telephone calls not returned. Avoid.
Update: they have just refunded me after posting this review, so I'm changing from one to two stars.

The worst customer service experience…

The worst customer service experience ever, ordered coffee cups on amazon prime, the wrong size was sent I contacted them to tell them of their error and stated that the whole reason it was purchased from prime was so I could receive the item the next day, took almost 5 days to respond to basically say that they hadn't made a mistake and I needed to send proof, literally responded with images of the item sent to show it was wrong, again took 4/5 days to respond stating that I can return the item, I just need to take it to a drop off point, and basically saying that they were doing me a favor letting me return it for free???? You send me the wrong item, then tell me to send proof because someone on your side messed up but you didnt log it, and then be impressed by the fact that I can return the wrong item for free? It's been nearly a month since the cups were ordered, every email takes 4/5 days to get a response, I've asked twice now where I can find a drop off point with no answer. I want this experience over and done with. Will never purchase anything from them again

If I could award minus stars then I…

If I could award minus stars then I would. An absolute joke of a company, although there isn't much laughing going on, on my side. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, only part of my delivery received. Emailed to inform them, sent images of what I had received. After numerous amounts of emails, I eventually found a number online and called 'Slamtech', person who answered didn't even make reference to Slamtech, I had to ask if it was in fact the said company! To cut along story short I am still waiting for my missing item, it was supposed to have been dispatched on Monday..It's now Friday! I've been assured that I'll have it by next Monday now!!
Really unprofessional company who thrive on wasting people's time. This is my second encounter with Slamtech and it will be my last. Atrocious.

Very good company

Very good company. I ordered some Crabbtree and Evelyn hand cream on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday. Product is new and no damage. Will use again.

So far so good bought some drinks off…

So far so good bought some drinks off them in cans they didn't arrive in a box how ever just in black parcel tape so they could have possibly been punctured in transit but overall good quality good price i hope i dont have to update this review and make it mpre negative in the future after seeing all the other reviews, maybe i just got lucky

The worst company on Amazon that I have…

The worst company on Amazon that I have ever bought from, they sent me the wrong product, so I sent it back, after a lot of emails, and me having to sent them a photo of the wrong product, they then sent me the correct product, the postage i paid to send the item back was over £16 I asked for the money for the postage, they refused by not answering any of my emails, i will be taking them to the small claims court.

Items turn up in a flimsy plastic sleeve and the contents is crushed.
The items were not new - or certainly shop soiled before shipping
Open a complaint and after a week they come back saying the shipper was to blame as they sent it out in a strong box.
Send photos of the plastic sleeve with their return address on - they still insist it came in a box and ask if I can help them open a case against the shipper.
I refuse saying I won't be party to fraud as it was shipped not in a box but in a sleeve - again they say shipped in box
Still not dealt with the fact that the shipped items were shop soiled before shipping.
After two weeks I get a 50% refund
Will never use them again

Ordered through Amazon and they sent the wrong item. I returned it to them but only got a partial refund. They claim it was the correct item and asked me for a photograph; I pointed out that as they have received it back they can easily see it was not the correct item.
Eventually refunded balance by Amazon.

Bought something through amazon

Bought something through amazon. Bad mistake, they sent the wrong item and after two weeks of back and forward e mails, I am still asked the same question. Which day can you drop it off. I anwered twice, during the week, just give me a label or adress, so I can sent it. The item was also inappropriately packed. I am surprised it didn't leak.
I definitely won't use and definitely won't recommend to any one.

DO NOT USE!!

Ordered through Amazon. Wrong item sent and hugely delayed responses to communications. Over 3 weeks after placing my order, they've finally said I can send it back and then they'll send the correct product, or keep it with 15% discount. So after *their* mistake I can only hope I might expect the correct product a month late AND they've never even apologised...!?

Terrible company, who ignore your consumer rights!

I ordered a fan from Slamtech, via Amazon. The box was damaged and covered in “fragile” tape, but I thought that as long as the fan was ok, then I wasn’t too worried. Upon opening the box, I found that multiple pieces of the fan were missing. I contacted them via Amazon and as per the normal process requested a refund. When I went to print off the return label, I found that I had to pay to return the fan and they would reimburse me if they agreed it was faulty! I went to the post office to send it back and found out it was going to cost almost as much as the fan to return it! When I contacted Slamtech, they told me to send a photo, which I did but after multiple emails to them have received no further response! Do not use them, they will deliver faulty goods and then ignore your consumer rights when you request a refund!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

NO CUSTOMER CARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 jars Skippy peanut butter through Amazon. Received only one jar in a suitably sized plastic bag. It indicated on the bag there were 2 jars dispatched. When I asked them to send the second jar they told me their dispatch team confirmed they had sent 2 and asked me to send photos of the label and jar. When I did they said I could return the item or alternatively keep it and get a 15% refund! Tried again but no success....or rather no response! Had to go through Amazon who gave me a refund. One star because I can't award none!
