Totally recommend this i am so happy with mine i have fibromyalgia arthritus in my back a problem with my facet joints and a hip problem and i have a much better sleep since having this mattress unlike before id be up and down all night and couldnt get comfortable but so much easier wuth the nrem mattress xxx

V comfy mattress. Friendly delivery guys who dropped it off with no hassle.

The actual delivery took several weeks and several attempts - it looks like the company needs to improve its logistics. When the mattress arrived the model and manufacturer did not match what was expected, nor the process communicated, and the delivery company had no idea about either.

The product does seem reasonable quality though on first inspection, and I had to re-arrange the layout of the foam support components myself to suit requirements but this was very easy. Still in the assessment phase though to see if the mattress system actually lives up to the company's hype.

I have severe fibromyalgia and this mattress has helped so much.. not every single night because my pain gets too much sometimes
But 9/10 times I get a much better sleep
And for my partner who has rheumatoid arthritis he can also tell the difference x

We have had the mattress 3 weeks so far and it’s already made a huge difference to the way we sleep.
The ability to adjust the soft and hard area were it’s needed is absolutely genius idea.
The only problem we have with the bed is getting out of it in the morning 😁.
We look forward to many many more nights of happy restful sleep.

Ordering the Nrem mattress on the internet from Tweak Slumber was easy. We were soon emailed with regard to delivery. When the mattress arrived it was taken by the delivery company to our bedroom, unpacked and put on the bed. If you wish your old mattress can be taken away at the same time for a fee. We chose the mattress as I suffer from fibromyalgia and have been finding that our old mattress had become uncomfortable, causing me problems at night as I was finding it difficult to sleep because I was in pain. I had researched various mattresses and felt the Nrem mattress offered the best solution for helping me have a more restful night because of the opportunity to customize the bed with 5 comfort changing zones. I have now been enjoying a better night's sleep on our new mattress and have been waking up in less pain. The mattress has also helped with my husband's back pain.

Several years later still struggling finding a mattress that can help. I found Nrem sleep system and trust me on this it does more than help. Customer service is fantastic any questions sorted straight away.
We have gone through minimum 12 different companies. They promise this and that just so they get your money! Nrem have given me several good nights sleep which Ive been desperate for. Dont be fooled by other companies. The nrem can be altered which suits needs on a daily basis also the top part can be washed. My partner has also improved with a hip issue. Whats the negatives of this mattress? I dont see any. Its a beast and well made. You can open it up and remove inside making it easier taking upstairs.

I have my new mattress just over a week now and for the first night I've had the best nights sleep ever. I have fibromyalgia and pelvic pain and being able to adjust the mattress has been great, my husband has sciatica and bulging discs and to be able to adjust each side to our individual needs is excellent. I would highly recommend it.

I bought the double Nrem mattress. There was an issue with the discount code on their website whereby it didn't work so I e-mailed the customer service team and received a response the same day with the correct code. I ordered the mattress and received a call the following week from the logistics company they use. They deliver to certain areas on certain days so you may not be able to pick and choose your delivery day. I was given a choice of 2 days. The mattress is delivered full size so it is not a mattress in a box. I did ask this question to the delivery company when they called me to book the delivery slot but they didn't know it came. Unfortunately I had to have it delivered to another address as I was not in on either the two days they offered so I had to hire a van to eventually get the mattress!.
I suffer from lower back pain hence the purchase and have had the mattress for about 3 weeks now and although it has seemed to of helped a little I am not sure if the expense is warranted (£630) however it has only been 3 weeks and I haven't changed the foam sections around yet as I am trying to give it time. The mattress feels of good quality and it is easy enough to change the different memory foam sections to suit if required. You are given 2 soft 2 medium and 2 firm sections. You are able to purchase more sections at a cost of £40 each I.e if you require more soft than firm. There are a lot of companies out there that claim to give a better night's sleep which makes me sceptical however the reason I went with this mattress is because of the design where you are able to change the memory foam blocks to suit and they make the mattress for people who suffer from fibromyalgia in mind which I have not seen any other company do.

Fast delivery my husband has back problems and spends a lot of time in bed due to pain but finds the bed extremely comfortable and gets a good night's sleep I'm not finding as good but I'm in the process of moving the pads around to see if it helps

Best mattress what I have in my life help to reduce my back pains. Worth every penny what I spend

We both love it. I bought this mattress as I would wake up in the early hours of the morning in pain and would have to change position every half hour until eventually I would have to get up. I noticed a considerable difference after one night and after three nights I no longer woke up in any pain and I can also have a lay in at weekends. My husband thinks it is wonderful and is now a nightmare to get up at the weekends as he is too comfortable.
I have changed the foamy bits around and it did make a difference. This is what attracted me to the mattress in first place and in my opinion this is what makes this mattress stand out. My husband has a different set up to me and it is great that we can both have what is best for us.
We have had the mattress four weeks now and I can't fault it. (By the way it does not smell at all. I know when I read reviews prior to purchase this was a complaint of some other mattress makes)
One thing that is a bit strange, it's great but feels strange, is that we cannot feel each other move. It's great except for when he comes to bed after me and I haven't noticed him get in, it has scared the crap out of me a couple of times when I roll over and he is just there.
As for Tweak Slumber, the whole process was very easy. I ordered, I was e-mailed delivery date options and they delivered right to the bedroom and took away the old mattress. One thing I was very impressed with is that three days after I placed my order I was given a £60 refund. It turned out that the day after I purchased the mattress the price was reduced by £60 so they automatically gave me a refund. I did not expect this and would not expect this, I knew the price I was paying and yes, had I seen that it had been reduced the next day I would have kicked myself but I would never have expected them to give me a refund yet alone to do it with out me asking.
Don't hesitate. Buy one now. You will not regret it.
