Really helpful, I am chemically sensitive and they arranged for me to have foam that had been aired. Topper makes sleeping much more comfortable for my fibromyalgia.

So far I’m very satisfied with both the companies service and the mattress they have made and sold me on a 100 night trial.

They have been excellent all the way through responding very quickly to any queries.

Faultless, easy ordering process, good communication, quick and helpful delivery. But, most importantly, I am sleeping better than I have done for years. It is like sleeping on a cloud. I used to be crippled with lower back pain with my old mattress, just getting out of bed was an ordeal and it would come back later in the day. But not now. I had tried everything else and pinned all my hopes on the Nrem and I am glad to say I haven’t been disappointed. In actual fact I would say that it has exceeded my expectations... and they were high!! Thank you.

I ordered this mattress as I have Fibromyalgia and nerve damage. I have noticed a difference in my sleeping. It is definitely easier for me to turn over and is very comfortable. I like the idea of being able to customise it depending where the support and comfort is needed the most.
I didnt receive any leaflet or instructions with the mattress regarding aftercare and cleaning, not sure if one should have been provided or not. I’m happy with the option of paying monthly as it is a large outlay but anything that helps with sleep is a massive benefit.

We purchased this mattress as my husband suffers from fibromyalgia. The mattress is much more comfortable than our previous one.

I will admit I did wonder how much of the reviews I read were true but I can now honestly say the best decision I have made in a long time I made when I chose to purchase an nrem mattress. I am getting a brilliant nights sleep and feeling less painful upon waking up in the morning, the only thing I will say about it is that the mattress itself is so comfy I don’t actually want to get out of bed in the morning lol. I would definitely recommend anyone to give the nrem mattress a try

I would recommend this to anyone I have fibromalgia and husband has arthritis in his back and we both love this mattress.

simply WOW.. received delivery of our mattress yesterday, so only had one sleep on it . but, what a difference only after one night, just wish we knew about this sooner ,
I must say though we had doubts, but so glad we decided to try, would not hesitate to recommend this mattress in fact I already have .

well this is the second one we have had in less than 2 years same problem again dipping and there answer do the impossible change the foam round zip is so stiff it breaks your fingers and impossible to refit foam in. Turn mattress round so you have dips top and bottom.
MY ADVICE DONT TOUCH TERRIBLE MATTRESS SO UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN THEY DIP AND THEY DONT HONOUR THEIR WARRENTY.
