i wanted a not too expensive headboard for my holiday let - that didn;t look cheap - unlike some high street rubbish. This does the job: relativley inexpensive, solid build quality and good finish. All delivered in good packaging within days!

I purchased a mattress topper and contour pillow and although the delivery was quick the pillow was not included in the package, also the box the mattress topper was in wasn't really big enough so had to be very careful cutting the tape to make sure I didn't cut into the topper itself which was not wrapped separately.

When I emailed to let them know the pillow wasn't there I was not impressed to be told to check the box again in case I'd missed it! So had to send another email to request the pillow again. When the pillow arrived it had dirty marks on the cover even though it was packaged in a plastic bag. I wonder if the goods are new or secondhand/returned goods? In my second email I advised the company that the topper wasn't packaged very well and have not received any response from them. Don't think I will use them again.

Ordered just before 10.00am on Monday - recieved just after 09.00am on the Tuesday - exactly as ordered and much quicker than expected.

The process was simple and smooth and I was sent a number of confirmation and update emails which made me feel more confident.

Everthing was fine, if I have one suggestion it would be to make the instructions clearer. I was okay because I have done many such projects, but I would suggest many do not find them clear enough.

I was kept informed constantly. I couldnt believe how quickly the bed arrived.

Topper did take a few days to arrive but that was due more to ordering over the weekend than anything else. Arrived rolled rather than vacuum packed so was able to put topper on the bed straight away, much to my grandmothers delight! Very happy with it and will be ordering another one for my sons bed now.

We recieved the Topper as promised on time, well packed, but there was damage to the box. On inspection we found that everything was OK and no damage to the Topper.
We have tried and tested the Topper now for week or more and we find that it does what is say's, so it was worth paying that money for something that does what it say's. Both my wife and I have found that we sleep a lot better and get a good nights sleep.
I therefore can recommend the 2 inch Topper to others.
